Վրաստանը պատրաստվում է միանալ Եվրոպայի միասնական վճարային գոտուն

Վրաստանը պատրաստվում է միանալ Եվրոպայի միասնական վճարային գոտուն (SEPA), այսօր հայտարարել է Վրաստանի վարչապետ Իրակլի Ղարիբաշվիլին, գրում է «Նովոստի Գրուզիան»։

Հարկային սպասարկման եւ մատակարարների ներդաշնակեցման այս կառույցը հասանելի է 36 երկրներում, այդ թվում՝ ԵՄ անդամ 27 երկրներում, ինչպես նաեւ Մեծ Բրիտանիայում, Իսլանդիայում, Նորվեգիայում, Լիխտենշտեյնում, Շվեյցարիայում, Մոնակոյում, Սան Մարինոյում, Անդորրայում եւ Վատիկանում:

Միացումը վրացի հաճախորդներին թույլ կտա Եվրամիության ցանկացած կետում, ինչպես նաեւ ԵՄ անդամ մի շարք երկրներում անկանխիկ վճարումներ կատարել եվրոյով՝ վարկային փոխանցման եւ ուղղակի դեբետի միջոցով:

«Այլեւս կարիք չի լինի թղթակից բանկ կամ միջնորդ օգտագործել՝ դեպի Եվրամիություն փոխանցումներ կատարելու համար»,- պարզաբանել է Ղարիբաշվիլին։ «Դա շատ օգտակար կլինի մեր քաղաքացիների համար»,- հավելել է վարչապետը։

Ղարիբաշվիլին նշել է, որ միասնական եվրոպական վճարային տարածքին միանալը «կապված է Եվրամիությանն ինտեգրման հետ»։

Նրա խոսքով, գործընթացում ներգրավված են Ազգային բանկը, էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը եւ կառավարական այլ գերատեսչություններ։ Բացի այդ, երեք օրինագծեր, որոնք արտացոլում են օրենսդրության համապատասխան փոփոխությունները, կուղարկվեն Վրաստանի խորհրդարանի հաստատմանը։

SEPA-ն ներդրվել է 2008 թվականին՝ վարկային փոխանցումների համար, իսկ 2009 թվականից հարթակը ուղղակի դեբետավորման հնարավորություն է տալիս: Համակարգն ամբողջությամբ եվրոգոտում ներդրվել է մինչեւ 2014 թվականը, իսկ մինչեւ 2016 թվականը ներդրվել է եվրոգոտու մեջ չմտնող երկրներում, որոնք պլատֆորմի անդամներ են:
