Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի  «Արդարություն» խմբակցության  անդամ Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանը վերահաստատել է օգոստոսի 5-ին արված իր այն հայտարարությունը, ըստ որի ապատեղեկատվություն էր որակել Աղավնոյի բնակչության ունեցվածքի թալանի կամ ծառահատման դեպքերի  վերաբերյալ սոցանցերում շրջանառվող  տեղեկությունները :

«Արցախպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ԱՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանը նշել է, որ  հանդիսանալով բերձորցի, անձամբ օգոստոսի 2-ից եղել է Աղավնոյում և Բերձորում՝ փորձելով իր հնարավորություններով  թեթևացնել  տարհանվող բնակիչների հոգսերը:

«Ես գտնվում էի Բերձորում, երբ տեղեկացա, որ սոցցանցերի որոշ օգտատերերի կողմից տեղեկություններ են տարածվում, թե  Աղավնոյում  ծառահատման և բնակիչների ունեցվածքի թալանի դեպքեր են գրանցվել:  Լինելով նաև որպես ԱԺ Պաշտպանության, անվտանգության և օրինապահպանության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի անդամ, ինձ համար տհաճ կլիներ, եթե նման երևույթների առումով բացթողում ունենաինք, նկատած չլինեինք, կամ , գոնե, համայնքի ղեկավար Անդրանիկ Չավուշյանը տեղեկացրած չլիներ: 

Նույն օրը Բերձորից նորից վերադարձանք Աղավնո՝  Քաշաթաղի շրջվարչակազմի ղեկավարի, ու ոստիկանության շրջբաժնի պետի հետ: Համայնքի ղեկավարի համար նույնպես անակնկալ  էր թալանի կամ ծառահատման դեպքերի մասին  շրջանառվող այդ լուրը:  Նա հայտնեց, որ խոսակցություններից մեկի ժամանակ պարզապես,  ասել է, որ չի բացառում  նման երևույթներ, եթե տարհանման կազմակերպման ուղղությամբ համապատասխան աշխատանքներ չիրականացվեն:  Մենք ևս մեկ անգամ շրջելով գյուղում նման դեպք չենք նկատել»,-մանրամասնել է  Կ. Հովհաննիսյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝  նշված   ժամանակահատվածում Աղավնոյում թալանի  կամ ծառահատման դեպքերի վերաբերյալ  լուրեր տարածողները եթե ունեն փաստեր, ապա կարող են ներկայացնել, հակառակ դեպքում՝  դրանք   մերկապարանոց սուտ են հանդիսանում:
