Անդրբայկալիայում կառուցվել է ևս մեկ արևային էլեկտրակայան

Udm-info.ru-ն գրում է, որ արևային էներգիայի արտադրության նոր կայանը՝ Չերնովսկի ԱԷԿ-ը, պաշտոնապես գործարկվել է և մտել Անդրբայկալյան երկրամասի էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության ընդհանուր համակարգ: Նրա անվանական հզորությունը 35 ՄՎտ է։

«Չերնիվսկի» կայանն ամբողջությամբ կառուցվել է «Հևել» ընկերությունների խմբի ներդրումներով։ Հուլիսի սկզբին էլեկտրակայանը արդեն լիովին հասել էր իր նախագծային հզորությանը։ Մայիսին գործարկված Չիտայի ԱԷԿ-ի հետ միասին այն էներգիայով կապահովի ավելի քան 80000 տուն: Յուրաքանչյուր կայանում օգտագործվել է մոտ 105000 արևային մարտկոց։

Արևային էլեկտրակայանների կառուցման նախագծերի իրականացումը կբարելավի Չիտայում էլեկտրամատակարարման հուսալիությունը և որակը, կնվազեցնի էլեկտրացանցերում կորուստները, կապահովի մարզային բյուջեի հարկային եկամուտների աճը, կստեղծվեն նոր աշխատատեղեր, ինչպես նաև ձեռք կբերվի էլեկտրաէներգիայի էկոլոգիապես մաքուր աղբյուր։

«Երկու կայաններն էլ կառուցվել են մասնավոր ներդրումներով։ Շինարարության ընթացքում կայաններում աշխատել է մոտ 300 մարդ՝ հիմնականում տեղի բնակչությունը։ Մշտական ​​աշխատանք է ստացել 38 մարդ։ Անդրբայկալյան երկրամասն աչքի է ընկնում նրանով, որ ունի ինսոլացիայի չափազանց բարձր մակարդակ՝ գերազանցելով Իտալիայի ինսոլացիայի մակարդակը։ Արևային էլեկտրակայանները նախատեսում են շահագործման մեկ տարում արտադրել 100 միլիոն կվտ/ժամ էլեկտրաէներգիա», - ասել է «Յունիգրին Ինժեներինգ» ՍՊԸ-ի տնօրեն Մստիսլավ Արապովը:

«Յունիգրին Ինժեներինգ» ՍՊԸ-ի ղեկավարը նաև նշել է, որ արևային էլեկտրակայանները մեծ ներդրում ունեն տարածաշրջանի էկոլոգիայի զարգացման գործում, քանի որ վառելիքի օգտագործման բացակայության պատճառով արևային էլեկտրակայանների արտադրությունը տարեկան 350 հազար տոննայով կնվազեցնի CO2-ի արտանետումները։

Ծրագրերում ընդհանուր ներդրումները կազմել են մոտ 5,9 միլիարդ ռուբլի՝ ներառյալ ԱԱՀ-ն։ Տարածաշրջանային բյուջեի կանխատեսվող եկամուտների հաշվարկի համաձայն՝ հարկերի ընդհանուր գումարը պետք է կազմի առնվազն 2,41 միլիարդ ռուբլի 2022 թվականից մինչև 2036 թվականն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում:

«Անդրբայկալիան բնութագրվում է արեգակնային բարձր ակտիվությամբ։ Ուստի ներդրողները, ովքեր զբաղվում են արևային էլեկտրակայանների կառուցմամբ, շահագրգռված են աշխատել մեր տարածաշրջանում։ Առաջիկա երկու տարում նախատեսվում է իրականացնել ևս երկու ծրագիր։ Խոսքը 120 մեգավատ հզորությամբ Աբագայտույտույսկայա ԱԷԿ-ի, 60 մեգավատ հզորությամբ Բորզինսկի ԱԷԿ-ի կառուցման մասին է։ Անդրբայկալյան երկրամասի հեռանկարները շատ մեծ են, և մենք օգտագործում ենք այդ ներուժը»,- ասել է Անդրբայկալյան երկրամասի բնակարանաշինության, էներգետիկայի, թվայնացման և հաղորդակցության նախարար Իլյա Զոլոտուխինը։
