Անիմաստ աղմուկ՝ ողբերգության ֆոնին․ ֆեյսբուքյան կերակուր եփելու նուրբ արվեստը

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչության անդամ, ՀՀ նախկին փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը այցելել է «Սուրմալուի» ողբերգության դեպքի վայր և նշել, որ առևտրի կենտրոնում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգությունը առիթ է մտածելու պայթուցիկ նյութերի պահպանման կանոններն ու հրավառությունների կազմակերպման մշակույթը վերանայելու համար։
 
«Շատ ցավալի ու սթափեցնող է տեղի ունեցածը, և ես վստահ եմ, որ սա առիթ է տալու մտածելու նմանատիպ նյութերի պահպանման վերաբերյալ, սա առիթ է տալու մտածելու մեր մշակույթում` մեր ծնունդներին, կնունքներին, հարսանիքներին հրավառության օգտագործման վերաբերյալ»,– ասել է Ավինյանը։
Նա նաև հիշեցրել է, 2021թ–ին, կառավարությունը օրենսդրական առաջարկ էր ներկայացրել, որով գրեթե սահմանափակվում էր հրավառության միջոցների օգտագործումը մասնավոր միջոցառումների ժամանակ։ Նախագծով առաջարկվում էր հրավառությունների կազմակերպումը պատվիրակել բացառապես համայնքային ու պետական իշխանություններին։
 
 
Նախկին փոխվարչապետը նշել է, որ խնդիրը միայն հրավառության համար թույլատրելի ժամ սահմանելով չի լուծվում։ Ըստ նրա` երբ հրավառ արտադրանքը գտնվում է ազատ վաճառքում, վերահսկողության վարչարարությունը շատ ավելի դժվար է իրականացնել։ «Մենք ինքներս պետք է գիտակցենք, որ մեր մասնավոր միջոցառումներին պարտադիր չէ, որ 10 կմ շառավղով շրջապատի բնակիչները մասնակցեն. այնտեղ կան ծերեր, մանկահասակ երեխաներ, և այդ պայթյունները, որոնք թեկուզ տեղի են ունենում մինչև ժամը 11-ը, միևնույն է խախտում են մարդկանց անդորրը։ Մյուս կողմից մենք նաև տեսանք, թե ինչ վտանգ է պարունակում այս հրավառ նյութերի պահպանումը։ Սա մեր աչքի առաջ է, և ես կարծում եմ, որ ժամանակն է, որ մենք ավելի կոշտ լինենք»,– ասաց նա։
 
Կարծես թե նախկին փոխվարչապետի հարցուպատասխանը լրատվամիջոցների հետ բավականին կառուցողական է եղել և ընդգրկել է հարցերի լայն շրջանակ։ Ընդ որում, առ այսօր Ավինյանը եղել է իշխող ուժի միակ ներկայացուցիչը, ով բավականին սպառիչ պատասխաններ է տվել է խոսել լուծումների, նախորդած օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունների և խնդրի լուծման տարբերակների մասին։
 
Սակայն տեսարաններ սիրող սոցիալական հարթակների ու լրատվականների համար օրը ստացված չէր լինի, եթե լրագրողի հասցեական հարցին՝ դուք «Սուրմալուի» տարածք եք եկել որպես ՔՊ վարչության անդամ ու Երևանի քաղաքապետի ապագա թեկնածու, դրական պատասխան չտար։
