Տարածվող լուսանկարներում փոքրիկ Մարատը չէ․ ծնողներն ահազանգում են

Վերջին օրերին համացանցում` տարբեր կայքերում, ֆեյսբուքյան ու ինստագրամյան էջերում տարածում են մի քանի երեխաների լուսանկարներ՝ ներկայացնելով, թե փոքրիկները օգոստոսի 14-ին «Սուրմալու» առևտրի կենտրոնում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի հետևանքով զոհված Մարատն է։ 

Նախ Iravaban.net-ին են դիմել մանկահասակ երեխաներից մեկի ծնողները՝ նշելով, որ տվյալ լուսանկարում իրենց երեխան է, և բալիկը ողջ է, որևէ առնչություն չունի ողբերգական դեպքի հետ։ Նկարի երեխան այժմ 7 տարեկան, իսկ տարածվող նկարն արվել է տարիներ առաջ։ 

Եւս մի դեպք, Արմինե Դովլաթբեկյան անունով օգտատերը գրել է. 

«Նկարը ստիպված եմ գցել։  Ոչ մի բան չի վերահսկվում էս երկրում չեմ հասկանում։ Մաքսը ու Մարատը կապ չունեն ընդհանրապես իրար հետ,

տարբեր մարդիկ են։ Ուղղակի մի փոքր նմանություն է եղել ու ոմանք անուղեղի նման տարածել են Մաքսի նկարները,ու մայրը արդարացիորեն պահանջում է ջնջել ու հանգիստ թողնել իրենց։ Հանգիստ թողեք էդ մարդկանց։ Երկու դեպքում էլ Ծնողները խնդրում և պահանջում են հեռացնել բոլոր էջերից ու կայքերից իրենց երեխաների լուսանկարները։

Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ Անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության գործակալությունը հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել՝ նշելով․

«Անձնական տվյալների մշակման եւ մարդու անձնական և ընտանեկան կյանքին վերաբերող տեղեկություն տարածելու յուրաքանչյուր դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է, որ լրատվամիջոցը (լրագրողը) սահմանի տվյալների մշակման կոնկրետ (սպեցիֆիկ) նպատակ եւ գնահատի՝ արդյո՞ք առկա է հանրային այնպիսի շահ, որի պաշտպանության նպատակով անհրաժեշտ է մարդու անձնական և ընտանեկան կյանքին վերաբերող տեղեկություն տարածել: Նշվում են լրատվամիջոցներ, սակայն հարկ է հատնել, որ լուսանկարները մեծ մասամբ տարածվում են համացանցի շարք սունկ կայքերում, ՖԲ եւ Թելեգրամյան կասկածելի էջերում: Եւս մեկ անգամ հիշեցնում ենք, որ ցանկացած անչափահասի լուսանկար, տեսանյութ տարածելու, տեղադրելու համար, նախ պետք է փակվի նրա դեմքը, եւ պետք է ունենալ ծնողի գրավոր համաձայնությունը»:
