Արցախի ԱԺ նախագահը Երևանում քննարկել է տեղահանված ընտանիքների բնակարանային ապահովման խնդիրը

Օգոստոսի 16-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության ԱԺ նախագահ Արթուր Թովմասյանն այցելել է ՀՀ-ում Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարության օպերատիվ շտաբ՝ հանդիպում ունենալով շտաբի աշխատակիցների և քառասունչորսօրյա պատերազմի հետևանքով զոհված անձանց բռնի տեղահանված ընտանիքների ներկայացուցիչների հետ:

Ներկաները նախ մեկ րոպե լռությամբ հարգել են Երևանի «Սուրմալու» առևտրի կենտրոնի տարածքում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական պայթյունի հետևանքով անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակը, ցավակցություն և զորակցություն հայտնել զոհվածների հարազատներին, վիրավորներին մաղթել շուտափույթ ապաքինում:

Այնուհետև Միքայել Վիրաբյանն Արցախի խորհրդարանի ղեկավարին ներկայացրել է տեղեկատվություն օպերատիվ շտաբի կողմից վերջին շրջանում կատարած աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ:

Հանդիպման առանցքային թեման քառասունչորսօրյա պատերազմում զոհված (մահացած) կամ անհայտ բացակայող ճանաչված անձանց տեղահանված ընտանիքներին հիփոթեքային վարկավորման պետական աջակցության ծրագրի միջոցով բնակարան ձեռք բերելու համար սերտիֆիկատների տրամադրման գործընթացն էր:

«Տասնամյակներ շարունակ Արցախի ժողովուրդը բազում զրկանքներ է կրել, և Արցախի իշխանությունները փորձել են անել հնարավորը՝ թեթևացնելու նրանց վիճակը: Ուշադրության կենտրոնում են հատկապես արցախյան վերջին պատերազմի հետևանքով բռնի տեղահանված զոհվածների ընտանիքները։ Այսօր Արցախի իշխանությունների գերխնդիրն է ՝օր առաջ լուծել բռնի տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցների բնակարանային ապահովման հարցը:

Ամիսներ առաջ ՀՀ-ում Արցախի ներկայացուցչությունում Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Արտակ Բեգլարյանի, Օպերատիվ շտաբի պետ Միքայել Վիրաբյանի, Արցախի Հանրապետության մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Սերգեյ Ղազարյանի հետ հանդիպում ենք ունեցել զոհվածների բռնի տեղահանված ընտանիքների անդամների հետ, այդ մասին իրազեկել Հանրապետության նախագահին, ում որոշմամբ էլ խնդիրը դարձել է մեր երկրի ղեկավարության մշտական ուշադրության կենտրոնում գտնվող և հնարավորինս շուտափույթ լուծում պահանջող հարց», - նշել է Արցախի Հանրապետության խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ևս վեց շահառուների հանձնվել են սերտիֆիկատներ։

Շտաբի պետ Միքայել Վիրաբյանը շեշտել է, որ գնման համար տուն գտած շահառուները, առանց որևէ խնդրի, կարող են ստանալ սերտիֆիկատները՝ դիմելով Օպերատիվ շտաբ։ Նրա խոսքով՝ սերտիֆիկատներ ստացած քաղաքացիների թիվը հասել է երեսուներկուսի, որոնցից վեցն իրացման փուլում է, երկուսն՝ ավարտված։

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև տեղահանված քաղաքացիներին 40 000-ական դրամի չափով աջակցության տրամադրման ծրագրին: Հայտերն ուսումնասիրվում և քննարկվում են Արցախի Հանրապետությունում՝ բնակարանային հարցերի կոմիտեում։
