«Սուրմալու» առեւտրի կենտրոնում նախօրեին տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում կան հարցաքննված անձինք: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի խոսնակ Վարդան Թադեւոսյանը։

«Ես տեղյակ եմ, որ մարդիկ հարցաքննվել են, բայց հստակ չեմ կարող ասել, թե ովքեր են հարցաքննվել։ Այս պահին նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է»,- ասել է Թադեւոսյանը։

Նշենք, որ պայթյունի հետեւանքով «Սուրմալու» առեւտրի կենտրոնից մարմնական վնասվածքներով «Հերացի» թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոցային համալիր, «Աստղիկ», «Էրեբունի», «Արմենիա», «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ», «Իզմիրլյան» եւ «Նաիրի» ԲԿ–ներ են տեղափոխվել ավելի քան 50 քաղաքացի։ Ստացիոնար բուժում ստանում է 13 քաղաքացի։ Մահացածների թիվն այս պահի դրությամբ 6-ն է։

Պայթյունի դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ ՔՕ 357-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի (Հրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնները կամ պահանջները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ կամ այլ ծանր հետեւանք) եւ 358-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի (Դյուրավառ կամ այրիչ նյութերի պահպանման, հաշվառման, փոխադրման, առաքման կամ օգտագործման կանոնները կամ պահանջները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ կամ այլ ծանր հետեւանք) հատկանիշներով։
