Ավետիք Չալաբյանի և գործող վարչախմբի արժեքային տարբերությունը

«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի Երևանի Ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում ընթացող դատաքննության ժամանակ դատաքննությունը երեկ վերջնականապես ապացուցեց արժեքային այն տարբերությունը, որը կա Չալաբյանի և գործը քննող դատավորի ու նրան հովանավորող իշխանությունների միջև։

Չալաբյանն անդրադարձավ իր և Ագրարային համալսարանի դասախոս Էմմա Սարգսյանի դեմ առաջադրված մեղադրանքին, նշեց, որ այն աբսուրդային է, և բնականաբար չեն ընդունում։

«Ես և Էմմա Սարգսյանը մեղադրվում ենք բացարձակ նույն բանում, առաջին օրվանից դատական նախաքննությունը, դատաքննությունը շատ տարօրինակ ասիմետրիկ վերաբերմունք են դրսևորել իմ և Էմմա Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ։ Ընտրվել է խափանման մեկ այլ միջոց Էմմա Սարգսյանի դեպքում, իմ դեպքում՝ ամենադաժանը։ Նրան թույլ է տրվել այլևս չհաճախել դատական նիստերին, իսկ ես ամեն անգամ դժոխային ոստիկանական մեքենայով ստիպված եմ գնալ-գալ մեկ ժամ»,- նշել է Չալաբյանը և կասկած հայտնել, որ դատավճիռն արդեն պատրաստ է և դրված է դատարանի դարակներից որևէ մեկում, իսկ այդ դատավճռով Էմմա Սարգսյանը ստանալու է հնարավոր ամենամեղմ, իսկ ինքը` հնարավոր ամենածանր պատիժը։

Միևնույն ժամանակ հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչը չի դժգոհում, այլ ընդհակառակը պահանջում է դատարանից կարճել միայնակ մոր նկատմամբ առաջադրված մեղադրանքը։

«Էմմա Սարգսյանը պատահական մարդ է։ Սա դատավարություն չէ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն ընդդեմ Էմմա Սարգսյանի և Ավետիք Չալաբյանի», սա դատավարություն է «Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդդեմ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի»,- ասել է Ավետիք Չալաբյանը և պնդել, որ Էմմա Սարգսյանին պետք է ներգրավել որպես վկա և հարցաքննել։

«Դա շատ ավելի արդար կլինի: Ձեր բոլորի՝ այս ռեպրեսիվ կռիվն իմ դեմ է, այդ կռիվը տարեք ինչքան կարող եք, մենք էլ տանելու ենք, ինչքան մենք կարողանանք, իսկ Էմմա Սարգսյանի վրայից հանեք մեղադրանքը, նա, ինչպես և ես, ոչ մի բան չի արել, բայց դուք ինձ դատում եք ուրիշ բանի համար, իսկ նա այդ ուրիշ բանն էլ չի արել, ուստի իր վրայից հանեք մեղադրանքը»,- հայտարարել է Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։

Այս դրվագը, ընդհանրապես, ապացուցում է բարձր այն արժեքները, որը կրում է ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական գործիչը, և արժեքային դեգրադացիան, որում թաղվել է Հայաստանի գործող վարչախումբը:

Ըստ էության, հենց այս հանգամանքն է հունից հանում իշխանություններին, որոնք հստակ գիտակցում են ոչ միայն իրենց կրթական, մարդկային և բարոյական անկումը Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դեմ, այլ նաև հասկանում են, որ ի վերջո արդարամտության նման զգացումը հաղթելու է քինախնդիր և հակամարդկային այն տեսակին, որն այսօր իշխանության է եկել Հայաստանում։
