Քրեական հեղինակություն Դոն Պիպոյի (Արթուր Ասատրյանի) սպանությունը նախապատրաստելու մեղադրանքով կալանավորված Արկադի Քոչինյանը մտահոգված է իր անվտանգության համար: Հենց այդ պատճառով էլ նա կալանավորվելուց հետո հացադուլ է հայտարարել եւ պահանջել իրեն կարանտինից հետո տեղափոխել մենախուց:

Այս մասին մեր զրույցում ասաց նրա պաշտպան Արմինե Ֆանյանը. «Ես պահանջել եմ, որպեսզի նա դադարեցնի հացադուլը, քանի որ այդպես հարց չի լուծվում: Հացադուլը տեւել է մի քանի օր: Հիմա մենախցում է, բայց չգիտենք, թե դա որքան կտեւի»,- ասաց Ֆանյանը՝ հավելելով, որ Արկադի Քոչինյանը չի ցանկանում պահվել այլ անձանց հետ՝ նույն խցում՝ քանի որ կարծում է, որ կարող են ճնշումներ գործադրել իր վրա: Պաշտպանը նշեց, որ դիմել էր ՔԿՀ, որպեսզի ապահովեն իր պաշտպանյալի անվտանգությունը, քանի որ բավարար հիմքեր կան ենթադրելու, որ իր պաշտպանյալին ՔԿՀ-ում վտանգ է սպառնում:

Ֆանյանն ասաց, որ Արկադի Քոչինյանը կալանքը երկարաձգելու միջնորդություն նախաքննական մարմնի կողմից դեռ չի ներկայացվել: Քրեական գործի հետ կապված այլ հարցերին, Ֆանյանը չպատասխանեց՝ ասաց, որ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից զգուշացվել են նախաքննության գաղտնիքը չհրապարակելու մասին: Նշենք, որ Վերաքննիչ դատարանը մերժել է ազատ արձակել Արկադի Քոչինյանին:

Խմբին օժանդակելու մեջ մեղադրվող Զոհրաբ Ղումաշյանի կալանավորելու դատարանի որոշման դեմ ներկայացված բողոքը նույնպես մերժվել է:

Այս մասին մեր զրույցում ասաց նրա պաշտպան Սյուզաննա Խչեյանը: Այժմ պաշտպանը պատրաստվում է սույն որոշումը բողոքարկել Վճռաբեկ դատարան:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Զոհրաբ Ղումաշյանի նկատմամբ, ըստ պաշտոնական տեղեկատվության, հետախուզում է հայտարարվել մայիսի 27-ին, եւ դատարանը նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրել կալանավորումը: Մայիսի 31-ին, երբ Ղումաշյանը հայտնաբերվել է, դատարանը նորից, արդեն նրա մասնակցությամբ, քննարկել է կալանքի վերաբերյալ միջնորդությունն ու բավարարել այն:
