Ձեռագիրը նույնն էր, կատարումը` պրոֆեսիոնալ. ոստիկանները բացահայտել են բնակարանային գողություններ

Հուլիսի 28-ի ուշ երեկոյան ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն էր զանգել մի կին ու հայտնել, որ Ագաթանգեղոսի փողոցի մի բնակարանից գողություն է կատարվել: Մեկնեց ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը: Պարզվեց, որ հարմարեցված բանալիով մուտքի դուռը բացել ու վարձակալած բնակարանից գողացել են երկու ակնոց, մեկ ժամացույց և փող: Այս մասին հայտնում է Ոստիկանության լրատվական ծառայությունը:

Ձեռնարկվեցին անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ, որոնց արդյունք միակ ենթադրությունն այն էր, որ կատարվածն, այսպես ասած՝ պրոֆեսիոնալ բնակարանագողի ձեռքի գործ էր:

Նախաձեռնվեց քրեական վարույթ, որի շրջանակներում իրականացվող գործողությունները դեռ ընթացքի մեջ էին, երբ ստացվեցին նոր հաղորդումներ:

Օգոստոսի 1-ի երեկոյան 1-02 զանգած քաղաքացին հայտնեց, որ վարձակալությամբ բնակվող անձինք երկու ժամով բացակայել են Ագաթանգեղոսի փողոցի նույն շենքի մեկ այլ բնակարանից, և այդ ընթացքում գողացել են գումար ու ապրանք` պատճառելով 2700 դոլարի վնաս: Տուն էին մտել նույն կերպ:

Օգոստոսի 3-ի ուշ երեկոյան ստացվեց ևս մեկ ահազանգ. դարձյալ հարմարեցված բանալիով դուռը բացել ու մտել էին Նալբանդյան փողոցի տներից մեկը և գողացել ոսկյա ու արծաթյա զարդեր, այլ ապրանք:

Իրավապահները կասկած չունեին, որ բոլոր դեպքերում գործել է նույն անձը կամ անձինք: Քննչական գործողություններին և օպերատիվ միջոցառումներին միացել էին նաև ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախույզները: Համատեղ աշխատանքի արդյունքում հաջողվեց աստիճանաբար նեղացնել և, ի վերջո, մեկի հասցնել կասկածվողների շրջանակը:

Արդյունքում՝ օգոստոսի 9-ին, ժամը 16-ին, մայրաքաղաքի Սարյան փողոցում հայտնաբերվեց, ձերբակալվեց ու ոստիկանության

Կենտրոնական բաժին տեղափոխվեց Երևանի Լենինգրադյան փողոցի բնակիչ, 42-ամյա մի տղամարդ:

Նախկինում մի քանի անգամ բնակարանային գողությունների համար դատապարտված տղամարդը ներկայացվել է նախաքննական մարմին: Իրավապահները համոզված են, որ այս բացահայտմամբ հաջողվել է կանխել հնարավոր նոր հափշտակություններ:

Կատարվում է նախաքննություն, պարզվում են դեպքերի բոլոր հանգամանքները։
