Վարչախումբը չի հաշտվում Ավետիք Չալաբյանի ազատության հետ

«Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները չեն հաշտվում այն մտքի հետ, որ Ավետիք Չալաբյանն օրենքի ուժով հայտնվել է ազատության մեջ, իսկ բաց դատալսումների յուրաքանչյուր նիստ ավելի և ավելի ակնհայտ է դարձնում նրան ներկայացված մեղադրանքի ողջ անհեթեթությունը, և վարչախումբը շտապում է օր առաջ նորից ապօրինի ազատազրկել Ավետիք Չալաբյանին՝ դրանով շարունակելով նրա հետ սկսած հաշվեհարդարը»։
 
Այս մասին իրենց տարածած հայտարարության մեջ նշել են «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի պաշտպանները։
 
Այսօր Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում մեկնարկելու է հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործով դատաքննությունը։ Ըստ փաստաբանների՝ նիստը նշանակալի է այն առումով, որ օրակարգ ներառելու են խափանման միջոցի հարցը։
 
Չալաբյանի փաստաբանները բազմաթիվ ապացույցներ են ներկայացրել, որ այս քրեական գործը շինծու է և բացառապես քաղաքական ենթատեքստ ունի, սակայն տխրահռչակ դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը ամեն ինչ անում է՝ խախտելու ընդդիմադիր գործչի իրավունքները, օրենքի աղաղակող խախտումներով ընդգծված միտում ունենալով թաքցնել և սքողել նախաքննության ընթացքում Ավետիք Չալաբյանի անմեղության բոլոր ապացույցները: Նա ջանում է օր առաջ կատարել փաշինյանական վարչախմբի կամքը և Չալաբյանին կրկին ուղարկել ճաղերի ետև։
 
Նախորդ դատական նիստում Ավետիք Չալաբյանը մեկ ավել օր էր խնդրել դատարանից, որպեսզի գնա հիվանդանոց և բուժզննություն անցնի, քանի որ վատառողջ է, իսկ Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը մերժել էր նրան և լկտիաբար արձագանքելով հեռացրել նիստերի դահլիճից։
 
«Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը Հայաստանի իրավական պրակտիկայում աննախադեպ շտապողականություն է ցուցաբերում՝ պրակտիկորեն ամեն օր նիստ նշանակելով և փորձելով ամեն գնով կատարել վերևից իջեցրած պատվերը»,- ասվում է պաշտպանության խմբի հայտարարությունում։
 
Եվ բնավ զարմանալի չի լինի, եթե դատավորը հենց այսօր մեկնարկող դատական նիստում անցնի արդեն դատախազության միջնորդության քննարկմանը և Ավետիք Չալաբյանին կրկին կալանավորելու որոշում կայացնի։ Իհարկե, դա կլինի ևս մեկ խարան փաշինյանական իշխանության ճակատին և ևս մեկ ապացույց, որ Հայաստանը գլորվում է դեպի բռնապետություն։ Մինչդեռ Չալաբյանն ու նրա կողմնակիցները հայտարարել են, որ աննկուն պայքարելու են բոլոր արատավոր երևույթների դեմ։
