Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործով ապօրինությունները շարունակվում են

«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործով ապօրինությունները շարունակվում են։

Տխրահռչակ դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը զոռով հանրային պաշտպան է ներգրավել Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործով։ Երբ Չալաբյանն ունի 3 պրոֆեսիոնալ և հայտնի փաստաբաններ, Մարտիրոսյանը, օրենքը խախտելով, որպես պաշտպան ներգրավել է Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանին։

Ինքը՝ Չալաբյանը հայտնել է, որ չի լիազորում հանրային պաշտպանին։ Անգամ հանրային պաշտպան Աղաջանյանն է հայտարարել, որ դա իր ներգրավմանը խանգարող հանգամանք է, դատարանին միջնորդել է իրեն չներգրավել, սակայն Մարտիրոսյանը դեմ է գնացել բոլորին և Աղաջանյանին զոռով ներգրավել գործում՝ որպես գործող պաշտպան։

Տխրահռչակ դատավորը նեղվել էր, երբ նախորդ նիստերից մեկում Չալաբյանի 3 փաստաբաններն ի նշան բողոքի լքել էին նիստերի դահլիճը։ Եվ այժմ Մարտիրոսյանը, ըստ երևույթին, ցանկանում է ինքը հնարավորություն ստեղծել, որպեսզի անհրաժեշտության դեպքում փաստաբաններին հեռացնելով կարողանա ցանկացած ապօրինություն իրականացնել հանրային պաշտպանի ներկայությամբ։

Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը նաև մերժել է իրեն առաջադրվող ինքնաբացարկի միջնորդությունը։ Փաստաբանները պնդում են, որ դատավորն ամեն ինչ անում է, օրեր առաջ կալանքից ազատված Ավետիք Չալաբյանին նորից ճաղերի ետևն ուղարկելու համար։ Ինքը՝ Մարտիրոսյանը, չի էլ հերքում դա և պաշտպանի ներգրավումից հետո կանցնի գործի քննությանը, ու դատախազությունը, ըստ էության, կրկին կմիջնորդի կալանավորել Ավետիք Չալաբյանին, իսկ Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը, ով հայտնի է իշխանության բոլոր քմահաճույքները անմռունչ կատարելու իր սովորությամբ, հենց այդպես էլ վարվելու է։ Երեկվա նիստի ավարտին Ավետիք Չալաբյանը խնդրել է մեկ ավել օր հատկացնել, որպեսզի բուժզննում անցնի, սակայն Մարտիրոսյանը միայն օգոստոսի 3-ին է նշանակել նիստը։

«Վաղը գնացեք բժշկի»,- ասել է դատավորն ու հեռացել։

Թեպետ իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադրին նստեցնելու համար, սակայն, ինքը ՝ Չալաբյանը և նրա ընտանիքը հայտարարել են, որ դրանով որևէ կերպ իրենց պայքարը չի տուժելու, և իրենք բոլոր օրինական միջոցներով պայքարելու են փաշինյանական վարչախմբի դեմ։
