Վարչախումբը կրկին փորձում է կալանավորել Ավետիք Չալաբյանին

Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում երեկ շարունակվել է «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործով դատաքննությունը։

Դատավարության հենց սկզբին դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը փորձել է իր կողմից հանրային պաշտպանի պարտադրել Ավետիք Չալաբյանին, սակայն վերջինս հայտարարել է, թե առողջական լուրջ խնդիրներ ունի և խնդրել է հետաձգել դատական նիստը։

Չալաբյանը, նշենք, նախօրեին է ազատվել կալանքից, երբ հայտնի դարձավ, որ զարկերակային բարձր ճնշում ունի և չէր ներկայացել դատարան։

Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը դատական նիստը հետաձգել է, սակայն ընդամենը կես աշխատանքային օրով՝ մինչև երկուշաբթի։

Հայտնի փաստաբան Րաֆֆի Ասլանյանի գնահատմամբ՝ իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են Ավետիք Չալաբյանին նորից կալանավորելու նպատակով։ Եվ, ըստ էության, դատական նիստը նման կարճ ժամկետով հետաձգելը հենց այդ նպատակն է հետապնդում։ Իշխանությունները փորձում են կրկին Չալաբյանին վերցնել կալանքի տակ, զրկել նրան ազատությունից, քանի որ վախենում են Ավետիք Չալաբյանից, նրա հատու և քննադատական խոսքից։

Փաշինյանական վարչախումբը վաղուց է ապացուցել, որ իր համար կան մի խումբ ընդդիմադիրներ, որոնցից առավել շատ են մտահոգվում, թե՛ Չալաբյանը, թե ՛ մյուսները վաղուց ապացուցել էին իրենց սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումը և իրենց ընդդիմադիր պայքարից հետ չկանգնելու տրամադրվածությունը։

Փաստն այն է, որ փաշինյանական վարչախումբը ամեն ինչ անում է դատարանները իր սեփական վերահսկողության տակ պահելու, նրանց միջոցով քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսներին բանտարկելու, պատժելու և խոշտանգելու համար։

Մի կողմից նրանք հեռացնում են Կենտրոնական բանկից Ավետիք Չալաբյանի եղբորը, մյուս կողմից էլ՝ շարունակում են իրենց բռնաճնշումները։ Չալաբյանն ինքը երեկ չի հերքել, որ մեծ է հավանականությունը, թե իրեն կարող են կրկին կալանավորել։

Գործող իշխանությունների կողմից որևէ հակափաստարկ կամ մեկնաբանություն այդպես էլ չի եղել։
