Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը Խոսրովի անտառում ուսումնավարժություն է անցկացրել

Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը «Խոսրովի անտառ պետական արգելոցի» տարածքում հուլիսի 29-ին անցկացրել է «Անտառային տարածքներում առաջացած խոշոր հրդեհների մարման աշխատանքների իրականացումը» թեմայով ցուցադրական հատուկ տակտիկական ուսումնավարժություն:

Սցենարի համաձայն՝ Վայրի բնության և մշակութային արժեքների պահպանման հիմնադրամի (FPWC) աշխատակիցը նկարահանող տեսախցիկի միջոցով նկատել է, որ արգելոցի Խաչաձոր տեղամասի Աղսու պահաբաժնում հրդեհ է բռնկվել: Մարման աշխատանքները չի հաջողվում լիարժեք իրականացնել սեփական ուժերով. օգնության է հասել Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը: Հրդեհի մասին ահազանգ է փոխանցվել Արարատի ՄՓՎ ՃԿԿ «911» ահազանգման կենտրոն:

Ուսումնավարժությանը մասնակցել են նախարարության փրկարար ծառայությունը՝ Արարատի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության Վեդու, Մասիսի, Արտաշատի հրշեջ փրկարարական ջոկատները, Ուրցաձորի և Վեդու հրշեջ կամավորական ջոկատները, Կոտայքի վարչության Աբովյանի և Հրազդանի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատները, Գառնու հրշեջ կամավորական ջոկատը, ՓԾ բժշկական ապահովման և հոգեբանական աջակցության վարչությունները, Հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնը, նաև Ռուս-Հայկական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնը, Վայրի բնության և մշակութային արժեքների պահպանության հիմնադրամը, Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության «Խոսրովի անտառ» պետական արգելոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի անձնակազմը:
Աշխատանքներին ներգրավվել է 26 միավոր հատուկ տեխնիկա, 106 փրկարար, 71 կամավոր, նաև անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր և պաշտպանության նախարարության ավիացիայի մեկ ուղղաթիռ: Գործողություններն իրականացվել են երկու տեղամասերում՝ Արարատի և Կոտայքի կողմից, կառավարումը՝ արգելոցի Արարատի հատվածում ծավալված շտաբից ԱԹՍ-ների միջոցով:

Ուսումնավարժության նպատակներն են՝ կատարելագործել անտառային խոշոր հրդեհներին արձագանքող ուժերի գործնական հմտությունները հրդեհաշիջման և փրկարարական աշխատանքներ իրականացնելիս և անտառային խոշոր հրդեհներին արձագանքող ուժերի ներդաշնակ աշխատանքը:

Վարժանքին հետևել են Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Արմեն Փամբուխչյանը, Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարար Հակոբ Սիմիդյանը, «Խոսրովի անտառ» պետական արգելոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Ռադիկ Օղիկյան, Վեդի համայնքի ղեկավար Գարիկ Սարգսյանը, ՓԾ տնօրեն Արմեն Գասպարյանը, տեղակալներ՝ Հովհաննես Եմիշյանը, Կարապետ Մանուկյանը, գերատեսչության տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների և ՊՈԱԿ-ների ղեկավարներն ու անձնակազմը, Հայաստանում հավատարմագրված մի շարք դիվանագիտական առաքելությունների և կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ:

Ուսումնավարժության ավարտին ԱԻ նախարար Արմեն Փամբուխչյանը և Վայրի բնության և մշակութային արժեքների պահպանման հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Ռուբեն Խաչատրյանը ստորագրել են համագործակցության հուշագիր: Փաստաթղթով լուծվում է միանգամից երկու խնդիր. նախատեսվում է ԱԻՆ աշխատակիցների վերապատրաստում՝ վայրի կենդանիների փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման և համատեղ ծրագրերով անտառային հրդեհների արագ արձագանքման, կանխարգելման աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ:
