Սևանում վրաերթի ենթարկված հետիոտնը, հիվանդանոցում ժամեր անց գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է

Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչութան Սևանի քննչական բաժնում հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Անդրանիկ Մխեյանի որոշմամբ քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել հուլիսի 26-ին Գեղարքունիքի մարզում տեղի ունեցած վրաերթի փաստով։ 

Ինչպես հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, այդ օրը, ժամը 03։00-ի սահմաններում Երևանի բնակիչ՝ 47-ամյա Արմեն Մ-ն իր վարած Ople Vectra մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով Երևան-Սևան-Իջևան ավտոճանապարհի 60 կմ հատվածում վրաերթի է ենթարկել հետիոտն՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ, 72-ամյա Մնացական Մ-ին։ 

Վարորդը փախուստի չի դիմել, զանգահարել է «Սևան» բժշկական կենտրոն, և օպերատիվորեն ժամանած բժիշկների հերթապահ խմբի հետ վրաերթի ենթարկվածին տեղափոխել են «Սևան» ԲԿ, որից հետո վարորդը զանգահարել է ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժին և հայտնել կատարվածի մասին։ 

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 4-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Էդգար Սուսլիյանի, ավագ տեսուչ Գեղամ Գալստյանի գլխավորությամբ։ 

Ժամանել են նաև ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Սուրիկ Ջանիկյանի գլխավորությամբ։ 

Տեղում աշխատել են Սևանի քննչական բաժնի խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Թորգոմ Չանդոյանի և ՀԿԳ ավագ քննիչ Ա. Մխեյանի գլխավորությամբ։ 

Վարորդը ենթարկվել է սթափության փորձաքննության. նա եղել է սթափ։ 

Քննիչի հանձնարարականով ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։ 

Նույն օրը, ժամը 11։30-ին հիվանդանոցից ահազանգ է ստացվել ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժին, որ վրաերթի ենթարկվածը վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է։
