«Ադրբեջանական հատուկ ծառայությունների սադրանքը». ԱԱԾ պահեստազորի սպաների միություն

ԱԱԾ պահեստազորի սպաների միություն ՀԿ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում անդրադարձել է հուլիսի 26-ին Ղրղզստանում Թուրքիայի, Ադրբեջանի, Ղազախստանի, Ուզբեկստանի ու ընդունող երկրի պատվիրակությունների մասնակցությամբ տեղի ունեցած թյուրքալեզու պետությունների հատուկ ծառայությունների կոնֆերանսի ժամանակ հնչած ելույթներին։

«Հուլիսի 26-ին Ղրղզստանում Թուրքիայի, Ադրբեջանի, Ղազախստանի, Ուզբեկստանի ու ընդունող երկրի պատվիրակությունների մասնակցությամբ կայացել է թյուրքալեզու պետությունների հատուկ ծառայությունների կոնֆերանսը:

Նիստում ելույթ ունեցած Ադրբեջանի ազգային անվտանգության նախարար, գեներալ-գնդապետ Ալի Նագիեւն իր ելույթում մասնավորապես ասել է` Հայաստանի ռեւանշիստական ուժերը չեն հրաժարվել իրենց մտադրությունից, հայաստանյան ընդդիմադիր ուժերը լուրջ փորձեր են կատարում Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջեւ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու դեմ ու հավելել, որ ադրբեջանական հատուկ ծառայությունների աչալրջության արդյունքում կկանխվեն սրա հետ առնչվող յուրաքանչյուր քայլ ու գործընթաց:

Կոնֆերանսում Ադրբեջանի ազգային անվտանգության  նախարարի ելույթը հայաստանյան ներքաղաքական զարգացումներին ուղղված բացահայտ միջամտություն է, որի նախադեպը երբեւիցե չի եղել:

Վստահությամբ կարող ենք փաստել, որ հիշյալ կոնֆերանսում Ալի Նագիեւի հանդուգն ելույթը բնորոշ չէ իրեն, բացառապես պայմանավորված է Հայաստանի այսօրվա ծանր վիճակով, ինչպես նաեւ այն գիտակցմամբ, որ իր ոչ կոռեկտ ելույթին Հայաստանի իշխանությունների կողմից  համարժեք պատասխան չի տրվելու:

Ալի Նագիեւն այն անձն է, ով  պարբերաբար մասնակցելով  ԱՊՀ երկրների անվտանգության մարմինների ղեկավարների մասնակցությամբ համաժողովներին` աչքի էր ընկնում հայաստանյան պատվիրակության ներկայությունից կաշկանդված իր պահվածքով` ակնհայտ էր, որ նա կոմպլեքսավորված էր պարտվողի սինդրոմով (մոտ ապագայում մեր հրատարակելիք գրքում նաեւ անդրադառնալու ենք, թե  ադրբեջանական պատվիրակությունների մասնակցությամբ ինչ մթնոլորտում էին անցնում նման հանդիպումները):

Հետաքրքիր է, որ 2005-2011 թվականներին զբաղեցնելով Ադրբեջանի ազգային անվտանգության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալի պաշտոնը` Ալի Նագիեւին հաջողվեց խուսափել քրեական պատասխանատվությունից այն դեպքում, երբ նրա ղեկավար, գեներալ-գնդապետ  Էլդար Մահմուդովն ու համակարգի մի շարք բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ քննության տակ հայտնվեցին բանդիտիզմի մեղադրանքով: Դժվար է պատկերացնել, որ նման բարձր պաշտոն զբաղեցրած անձը կարող էր զերծ լինել համակարգի վերին էշելոններում առկա հանցավոր երեւույթներից: Զավեշտն այն է, որ այսօր Հայաստանի ընդդիմության  հասցեին սպառնալիքներ է հնչեցում նման հանցագործությունների մեջ ներքաշված կառույցի ղեկավարը:

Նման փաստերին չարձագանքելով` հեղինակազրկվում է երկիրը»,- նշվում է հայտարարության մեջ։
