ԿԲ-ն ՀՀ-ում դե ֆակտո երբեք չի եղել անկախ կառույց, մոռանանք դրա մասին. Նաիրի Սարգսյան

Hetq.am-ը հրապարակել է «Վագա-ֆարմ» ընկերության հիմնադիր, նախկինում ԱԺՄ անդամ Վահե Վարսանյանի նամակը, որում վերջինս խոսում է այն մասին, որ Միշա Չալաբյանը՝ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի հայրը պատմել է իրեն, որ իր կրտսեր որդուն՝ Արա Չալաբյանին, որը  ԿԲ կորպորատիվ ծառայությունների դեպարտամենտի ղեկավարն է, ԿԲ նախագահ Մարտին Գալստյանն ասել է, որ աշխատանքից ազատման դիմում գրի: ԿԲ նախագահն ասել է, որ իրեն այդպես անել ստիպել են կառավարությունից, հակառակ դեպքում՝ ազատման դիմում կգրի ինքը՝ Մարտին Գալստյանը.

«Հաշվի առնելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ վաղեմի մոտ հարաբերությունները, նույն օրն էլ դրա մասին գրեցի նրան՝ ակնկալելով պատասխան: Մամուլում ևս եղել էին այս թեմայով հրապարակումներ, սակայն հերքում չէր եղել: Մինչև չորեքշաբթի որևէ պատասխան չստանալով՝ այսօր զանգահարեցի նրան: «Նամակը կարդացել եմ: Բեր էդ հարցը չքննարկենք»,- պատասխանեց Փաշինյանը: «Բա եթե էս հարցը չքննարկենք, ուրիշ ի՞նչ հարց քննարկենք: Սենց  չեղավ, դրա համար չէինք 18 թվին իշխանություն փոխում»: Նա շարունակում էր նույն բանը՝ «Բեր էս հարցը չքննարկենք, բեր էս հարցը չքննարկենք»:
Փաստորեն, չեղած տեղը, Ավետիք Չալաբյանի նկատմամբ անազնիվ  ձևով գործ սարքեցին, բավական չէ, հիմա էլ ընկել են եղբոր հետևից»,- ասվում է նամակի մեջ:

Տնտեսագետ, «Աուդիտորների պալատի» նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանի համոզմամբ՝ երևույթը շատ տգեղ և վատն է.
 
«Ես չեմ ճանաչում ոչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի եղբորը, ոչ էլ գիտեմ նրա մասնագիտական կարողությունները։ Չեմ կարող այդ առումով արձագանք տալ, սակայն ինչ վերաբերում է պրոֆեսիոնալ անձնակազմին կամ ընդհանրապես պետական ծառայողներին քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով աշխատանքից ազատելուն, ընդհանրապես շատ վատ երևույթ է, որը և տարիներ շարունակ կա Հայաստանում և գործում է։ Պատճառներից մեկն այն է, որ ՀՀ-ն չի զարգանում և շարունակում է անընդհատ անկում գրանցել։ Դե յուրե ԿԲ-ն անկախ կառույց է, բայց դե ֆակտո այն երբեք չի եղել ՀՀ-ում անկախ կառույց, մոռանանք դրա մասին։ Ապագայում կամք և հայրենասիրություն ունեցող ղեկավարի դեպքում կարող ենք հասնել այդ մակարդակին։
 
Սա նորություն չէ, այս կառավարությունը նույնպես շարունակում է նույն ձևով, որևէ զարմանալու բան չկա։ Մենք վաղուց պետք է դադարեինք զարմանալ այս կառավարության քայլերից։ Եթե դրդապատճառները իրականում քաղաքական են, դա ազդում է ՀՀ հեռանկարի, զարգացման և հզորացման վրա, և սա մեսիջ է ՀՀ-ի քաղաքացուն և բնակչությանը, որ Հայաստանը չի զարգանալու։ Հայաստանը պետք է մի խումբ անձանց, և այդ անձինք կլինեն նրանք, ովքեր այդ պահին կլինեն իշխանություն, ում համար էլ օգտագործվում են բոլոր ռեսուրսները»,- Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Սարգսյանը։
