Ստացվել է այնպես, որ վերջին քսան տարիների ընթացքում, աշխատանքի բերումով, շփվել եմ շատերի հետ: Շփումներս, բոլոր առումներով, եղել են բազմազան՝ մեծահասակներ և երիտասարդներ(այդ թվում դպրոցականներ), հարուստներ (այդ թվում օլիգարխներ) և սոցիալապես ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում գնտնվող մարդիկ, գիտնականներ և անգրագետներ, IT ոորտի ներկայացուցիչներ և արվեստագետներ, քաղաքի բնակիչներ և գյուղացիներ, հայաստանցիներ և արտերկրում բնակվող մեր հայրենակիցներ... Եվ ինչքան էլ, որ տարբեր են եղել այդ շրջանակները, բոլորին միավորող մի հատկանշական բան եմ ֆիքսել. անկախ սոցիալական կարգավիճակից, կրթական ցենզից, բնակության վայրից և տարիքից լիդերների դերը ստանձնել են կանայք և աղջիկները: Այդպես է գրեթե ամենուրեք, բայց առավել ցայտուն նկատվում է հատկապես մինչև 35 տարեկանների շրջանում: Աղջիկները հստակ գիտեն ինչ են ուզում և ինչպես հասնել նպատակին: Նրանք նպատակասլաց են, աշխատասեր, խարիզմատիկ և, որ ամենակարևորն է չեն վախենում պատասխանատվությունից:
Այս ամենը գրեցի նրա համար, որպեսզի պարզ լինի, որ այս տենդենցը շատ շուտով պրոյեկտվելու է նաև քաղաքական դաշտի վրա: Եվ ինչքան շուտ հասկանան սա քաղաքական գործիչները, այնքան ավելի արագ տեղի կունանան փոփոխություններ...
