Էներգիան առաջնային է քաղաքականության մեջ

Վերջին օրերի իրադարձությունները հերթական անգամ ապացուցեցին, որ էներգիան և ռեսուրսները քաղաքականության մեջ դարձել են ամենաառաջնայինը։

Եվրամիությունը և Ադրբեջանը համաձայնություն են ստորագրել, որով ակնկալում են, թե 5 տարի անց Եվրամիությունը տարեկան կներկրի 20 միլիարդ խորանարդ մետր ադրբեջանական գազ՝ այժմ ներկրվող 10 միլիարդի փոխարեն։ Այս համաձայնագրի ընդունումից հետո Ադրբեջանը արմատապես փոխել և կոշտացրել է իր հռետորաբանությունը։

Ստեղծվել է մի իրավիճակ, երբ մեր թշնամի երկիրը իր ունեցած ռեսուրսների հաշվին կարողանում է պայմաններ թելադրել ոչ միայն տարածաշրջանում, այլ նաև ժողովրդավարական արժեքներ «դավանող» եվրոպական երկրներում և այդ հանգամանքն օգտագործել Հայաստանի դեմ իր քաղաքականությունը վարելու, նոր զիջումներ կորզելու առումով։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը չունի էներգետիկ ռեսուրսներ, որպեսզի կարողանա օգտագործել քաղաքական նպատակներով, սակայն ունի մեկ շատ կարևոր հանգամանք՝ արևը, որը կարող է օգտագործել էներգիայի արտադրության համար և այդ էներգիան ոչ միայն օգտագործի իր տարածքի կարիքները հոգալու, այլ նույնիսկ հարևան որոշ երկրներին աջակցելու առումով։

Փաստացի, 21-րդ դարում, որքան էլ նավթն ու գազը դեռևս առաջնային են էներգիայի աղբյուրների առումով, կարող է լուրջ հեղափոխություն իրականացվել, իսկ վերականգնվող այլընտրանքային էներգիան՝ մրցակցություն ապահովել նավթի և գազի դեմ։ Այդուհանդերձ նույնիսկ արևային էներգիայի արտադրության ծավալներով և պետական քաղաքականության առումով Հայաստանը զիջում է իր բոլոր հարևաններին։

Մի երկիր, որտեղ ընդամենը մեկ արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը», դեռևս չի կարող լուրջ մրցակցություն ցույց տալ հարևաններին։ Արևային էներգիայի արտադրությունը Հայաստանում ռազմավարական կարևորություն է ներկայացնում։

Իշխանությունը պարտավոր է ամեն ինչ անել, մեծ միջոցներ ներգրավելու համար, որպեսզի՝ նախ ապահովի սեփական բնակչությանը արևային վահանակներով և արևային էլեկտրակայաններով, ապա և այդ էներգիան կարողանա օգտագործել առնվազն Վրաստանի և Իրանի հետ հարաբերություններում։

Երկար տարիներ Հայաստանում արտադրված էլեկտրաէներգիան արտահանվել է Վրաստան և Իրան, և այժմ էլ մի շարք հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների կորստից հետո Հայաստանը պետք է միջոցներ փնտրի էլեկտրաէներգիայի առաքումների ծավալը վերականգնելու և մի բան էլ ավելացնելու առումով։
