Երեք քայլ դեպի Սևանի խնդիրների լուծում՝ մասնագետների կողմից

Սևանա լճի ջրի «կանաչելու» կամ «ծաղկելու» երևույթը  մեծ մտագոհություն է առաջացրել հասարակության լայն շերտերի մոտ: Բնապահպաններն ահազանգում են, որ լիճը ճահճացման լուրջ վտանգի առջև է կանգնած:  Թեմայի շուրջ ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ը զրուցեց բնապահպան Ինգա Զարաֆյանի հետ, ում պնդմամբ Սևանի պահպանության մասին օրենքի կետերը չեն իրականցվում, հոգատար վերաբերմունք չկա Սևանի հանդեպ, «Սևան» ազգային պարկը մատնված է անգործության:  

«Սևանա լճի փրկության համար առաջնային խնդիր է ջրի մակարդակի բարձրացումը,  կենսաբանական և քիմիական մաքրման կայանների տեղադրումը Սևանա լիճ թափվող գետերի վրա, Որոտան-Արփա թունելի գործարկումը: Կարևոր է նաև Սևանա լճից հավելյալ ջրառի բացառումը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ այժմ մեծ թափով զարգանում է սննդային տուրիզմը, և լճին մեծ վնաս են հասցնում ափամերձ օբյեկտները: Տիկին Զարաֆյանի պնդմամբ՝  եթե մեծ քանակությամբ օրգանական նյութեր անընդհատ չլցվեին լիճը, բնականաբար, այդպիսի  «ծաղկման» գործընթաց չէր լինի.

«Այս տարի Սևանա լճի «ծաղկումը» մեծ չափերի է հասնում, ինչն անհանգստացնողն է»:

«Սևան» ազգային պարկի նախկին տնօրեն Վահե Գուլանյանը համաձայն չէ այն տեսակետի հետ, թե լճի աղտոտման, կանաչելու պատճառը սննդի օբյեկտներն են, ըստ նրա՝ առավել վտանգավոր են կեղտաջրերը, որոնք հարակից համայնքներից թափվում են Սևանա լիճ: 

«Ափամերձ օբյեկտների հասցրած վնասը ծովի մեջ մի կաթիլ է: Շատ ավելի մտահոգիչ է շրջակա համայնքներից եկող  կեղտաջրերի, սելավաջրերի թափվելը Սևանա լիճ, որոնց մեջ պարունակվում են մեծ քանակությամբ աղտոտիչներ՝  վնաս հասցնելով Սևանին:  Ամենամեծ խնդիրը դրանց մաքրման հարցն է: Չկան մաքրման կայաններ, իսկ ջրիմուռները  գլուխ են բարձրացրել՝ օդի ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացմանը զուգահեռ»,-նշեց Գուլանյանը:   

Բայց ըստ նրա՝ կանաչելու գործընթացը ինդիկատոր չէ լճի վերանալու և ճահճանալու համար: Նրա խոսքով՝ եթե բարձր ջերմաստիճան չլինի, ջրիմուռները չեն ակտիվանա, բայց Սևանի խնդիրները կպահպանվեն: 

Նրա խոսքով՝ Սևանա լճի խնդիրների լուծումը բավականին թանկ հաճույք է և մեղադրել «Սևան» ազգային պարկին անգործության մեջ այս հարցում ճիշտ չէ: Խնդրի լուծման հասցեատերը ավելի շուտ ՀՀ կառավարությունն է և միջազգային կազմակերպությունները, քանի որ Սևանը աշխարհի ամենամեծ ջրավազաններից  և  հարստություններից մեկն է: 

«Տնտեսական մեծ ներդրումներ են անհրաժեշտ առկա խնդիրների լուծման համար: Նաև  պետք է ժողովրդի կենսամակարդակի փոփոխություն տեղի ունենա, մարդիկ սկսեն գնահատել ջրի արժեքը և պահպանել այն»,-հավելեց նա:  

Գուլանյանի խոսքով՝ Սևանա լճի մակարդակը մինչև սահմանված նիշը պետք է բարձրանար  2022թ., բայց հետո ծրագիրը երկարաձգվել է: 

Վահե Գուլանյանը նշեց Սևանի փրկության 3 քայլերը՝  Սևանա լճի  ջրի մակարդակի բարձրացում, մաքրման կայանների ինտենսիվ կառուցում,  որոշակի կենդանական տեսակների, օրինակ, ձկների արհեստական աճեցում, որոնք օրգանական նյութ են մշակում: Ավելացրեց նաև, որ անհրաժեշտ է  ծանծաղուտներում խորացման աշխատանքներ իրականացնել:
