ՄԻՊ–ը այցելել է ՊՆ Կենտրոնական հավաքակայան, հետեւել զորակոչի ընթացքին

Ամառային զորակոչի ընթացքը տեղում դիտարկելու նպատակով Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը եւ Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչները այսօր՝ հուլիսի 18-ին,  այցելել են ՊՆ Կենտրոնական հավաքակայան: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակից։

«Պաշտպան Քրիստիննե Գրիգորյանը ՀՀ ՊՆ զորակոչային եւ զորահավաքային համալրման ծառայության պետի եւ կենտրոնական հավաքակայանի ղեկավար կազմի հետ շրջայց է կատարել հավաքակայանում:

Պաշտպանը հետեւել է զորակոչի ընթացքին, ծանոթացել հավաքակայանում զորակոչի կազմակերպման առկա պայմաններին, զորակոչիկների դիմավորման, ընդունման, գրանցման կարգին, ինչպես նաեւ հետեւել է զինվորական ծառայության վայրի վիճակահանության գործընթացին:

Հավաքակայանում շրջայցի ընթացքում հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվել բժշկական հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքներին ու զորակոչիկների բուժզննումների ընթացքին: Բժիշկների հետ քննարկվել են զորակոչիկների հետազոտության ընթացքի ու մեթոդների հետ կապված հարցեր:

Զորակոչիկների հետ առանձնազրույցում հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվել նրանց առողջական վիճակի հետ կապված հարցերին, բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակին, անդրադարձ է կատարվել նրանց հետաքրքրող հարցերին, զորակոչիկներին ներկայացվել է իրենց իրավունքները, ինչպես նաեւ Պաշտպանին դիմելու կարգը:

Պաշտպանը շնորհավորել է զորակոչիկներին զինված ուժերի շարքերը համալրելու առթիվ, մաղթել խաղաղ ու անվտանգ ծառայություն՝ նշելով, որ իրենց իրավունքների հետ կապված հարցերը լինելու են Պաշտպանի ամենօրյա ուշադրության ու հոգածության ներքո:

Այցի ավարտին առանձին քննարկում է եղել ՀՀ ՊՆ զորակոչային եւ զորահավաքային համալրման ծառայության պետի եւ կենտրոնական հավաքակայանի ղեկավար կազմի հետ, Պաշտպանին են ներկայացվել զորակոչին առնչվող եւ առաջնային լուծում պահանջող մի շարք կարեւոր հարցեր, այդ թվում՝ զորակոչիկների առողջական խնդիրների, կրթության ցենզի, տարկետումների, զինվորական ծառայության գրավչության բարձրացման վերաբերյալ եւ այլն:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը բարձր է գնահատում Պաշտպանության նախարարության եւ Գլխավոր շտաբի ներկայացուցիչների՝ այցի ընթացքում դրսեւորած համագործակցության բարձր մակարդակը, որն, իհարկե, դրական ազդեցություն է ունենում զինծառայողների իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն առավել արդյունավետ կազմակերպելու գործում։
