Պուտինը նշել է՝ որն է «հիմնական ազգային նպատակը»

Ռազմավարական զարգացման և ազգային նախագծերի խորհրդի նիստի ժամանակ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը խոսել է Ռուսաստանում ազգային նախագծերի հիմնական նպատակների մասին։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Կրեմլի կայքը։ ՌԴ նախագահի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանում ազգային նախագծերի հիմնական նպատակը աղքատության մակարդակի նվազեցումն է։

«Մեր հիմնական ազգային նպատակներից մեկը (մենք անընդհատ խոսում ենք դրա մասին) մեր քաղաքացիների նյութական վիճակի բարելավումն է, նրանց եկամուտների ավելացումը, հատկապես այն քաղաքացիների համար, ովքեր ապրում են, մեղմ ասած, համեստ», - ասել է Պուտինը:

ՌԴ նախագահը հավելել է, որ 2017 թվականին աղքատ քաղաքացիների թիվը կազմել է 12,9 տոկոս։ 2021 թվականի վերջի դրությամբ այս ցուցանիշը նվազել է մինչև 11%: Պուտինն աղքատության կրճատման նման տեմպերն անբավարար է անվանել։ Ուստի, նույնիսկ այս տարի աճող գնաճի պայմաններում, Պուտինը խնդիր է դրել նվազեցնել աղքատությունը։
