Մահաբեր իշխանությունն ու մահով հրճվողները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը երևի թե պատմության մեջ կմնա ոչ միայն որպես խայտառակ պարտության խորհրդանիշ, այլև որպես աննախադեպ մահաբեր իշխանություն: Չորս տարում նրանք երկրին բերել են միայն մահ, ավեր, վիշտ ու ցավ: Ցավալի օրինակները չթվարկենք, դրանք բազմաթիվ են՝ սկսյալ մեր հազարավոր նահատակվածներից մինչև ավտովթարի զոհ դարձած հղի կին և այլն: Հերթական զոհը պրոդյուսեր Արմեն Գրիգորյանն է, որն ուղիղ երկու ամիս անազատության մեջ է: Ընդ որում, այս ընթացքում իրավաբանները պարբերաբար նշում են, որ նրա կալանավորումը որևէ իրավական հիմք չունի:

Փաստացի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կամքով իրավապահ մարմինները շարունակում են կալանքը կիրառել որպես պատժի միջոց: Իհարկե, ընդդիմադիրների պարագայում, ինչը նշանակում է, որ այս ամենը բացառապես քաղաքական ենթատեքստ ունի: Մյուս կարևոր խնդիրը վերաբերում է նրան, որ, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ն է հայտարարել, «նախնական կալանքի պայմաններում անձի նկատմամբ պահման վայրում չի երաշխավորվում առողջության պահպանման իրավունքը, պատշաճ չեն բացահայտվում և հասցեագրվում առողջական խնդիրները, ինչը հանգեցնում է նման ողբերգական հետևանքի»։

Թեպետ պետք է նշել, որ նույն ՄԻՊ-ը ոչ մի ձայն չէր հանում, երբ փաստաբանները ահազանգում էին Գրիգորյանի առողջական վիճակի ու կալանքի անհամատեղելիության և, առհասարակ, կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու առումով: Սակայն ոչ պակաս մտահոգիչ է շարունակում մնալ մեր հասարակության որոշակի հատվածի անադեկվատ, անմարդկային, ստոր վերաբերմունքը մահվան դեպքերի առումով: Արմեն Գրիգորյանի դեպքում էլ իշխանական, նիկոլապաշտ «օգտատերերը» խրախճանք էին կազմակերպել սոցցանցերում: Այս երևույթը նոր չէ, սակայն վերջին չորս տարում համակարգված, լայնատարած բնույթ է ստացել, ընդ որում՝ ոչ պատահականորեն: Բայց դա արդեն այլ թեմա է:
