«Օրենքով գող» Արմեն Կանեւսկոյի բանդայի դատավճիռը

Ավարտվեց «օրենքով գող» Արմեն Հարությունյանի, նույն ինքը` Արմեն Կանեւսկոյի բանդայի մասնակիցների վերաբերյալ դատական գործի քննությունը: Կրասնոդարի երկրամասային դատարանի ատենակալները ապացուցված են համարել բոլոր ամբաստանյալների ՝ Օլեգ Վանչենկոյի, Էռնեստ Լալաբեկովի, Մանուկ Թորոսյանի և Ալեքսանդր Ժիգալկոյի մեղքը: Նրանց մեղավոր են ճանաչել բանդիտիզմի, շորթման, սպանությունների և զենքի ապօրինի շրջանառության մեջ:

Ազատազրկման ամենամեծ ժամկետը ստացել է Էռնեստ Լալաբեկովը, նրան դատապարտել են 21,5 տարվա ազատազրկման: Փոքր-ինչ քիչ ժամկետ է ստացել Օլեգ Վանչենկոն՝ 20 տարի գաղութում: Թորոսյանն ու Ժիգալկոն պրծել են համապատասխանաբար 10 և 9 տարվա ազատազրկմամբ:

Ըստ ռուսաստանյան մամուլի, դատավճիռը կարող է բավականաչափ մեղմ համարվել համեմատած սկզբնապես մեղադրանքի կողմից միջնորդած ժամկետների հետ: Լալաբեկովի և Վանչենկոյի՝ որպես հանցագործությունների անմիջական մասնակիցների համար, մեղադրանքի կողմը խնդրել է ցմահ ազատազրկում, իսկ Թորոսյանի (ով օգնել է հանցակիցներին թաքցնել հանցագործությունների հետքերը) և Ժիգալկոյի համար (մասնակցել է Սերգեյ Խաչատուրյանի սպանությանը)՝ 13 և 11 տարի:

Արմեն Կանևսկոյի բանդայի դատավարությունը սկսվել է հունվարին, չորս ամբաստանյալներին մեղադրել են 2007թ. դրվագով, երբ Կրասնոդար-Տեմրյուկ ճանապարհամերձ «Ույուտ» սրճարանում գնդակահարվել էին Նովոկուբանսկի կոնյակի գործարանի տնօրենների խորհրդի նախագահ Սուրեն Եղիազարովը, ինչպես նաև նրա ծանոթներ Վլադիմիր Մոլլաևը և Արթուր Հովասափյանը: Հանցագործության պատճառ էր դարձել կրիմինալ «տանիքի» համար Արմեն Կանևսկոյին վճարելուց Եղիազարովի հրաժարվելը:

Երկու շաբաթ անց բանդիտները սպանել էին սրճարանի սեփականատեր Սերգեյ Խաչատուրյանին, զգուշանալով, որ նա իրենց կհանձնի քննությանը: Գործի քննությամբ զբաղվել է Ռուսաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կրասնոդարի երկրամասի քննչական վարչությունը, որը պարզել է 2015թ. հանցագործությունների մասնակիցներին: Երեք զոհվածի մարմինները մինչ օրս չեն հայտնաբերվել. քննությունը կարծում է, որ մարմինները թաղվել են ճանապարհից ոչ հեռու գտնվող դաշտում, սակայն բանդիտները հրաժարվում են հայտնել, որտեղ են թաղել մարմինները:

Սերգել Խաչատուրյանի դիակը հայտնաբերվել էր Կանևսկոյ ստանիցայում, Ալեքսանդր Ժիգալկոյին պատկանող արտադրամասի տարածքի ջրհորում:

Բոլոր չորս ամբաստանյալները մեղավոր են ճանաչվել նաև բանդիտիզմի մեջ: Նախաքննության և դատաքննության ընթացքում նրանք իրենց մեղավոր չեն ճանաչել, իսկ նրանց պաշտպանները պնդել են, որ մեղադրական դատավճռի համար հանցագործություններին ամբաստանյալների առնչության ապացույցները բավարար չեն: Արդյո՞ք ամբաստանյալները կբողոքարկեն դատավճիռը՝ պաշտպանական կողմը չի հաղորդում:

«Ինձ դատավճիռը չի բավարարում: Ես կբողոքեմ այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև որ բանդիտները չասեն, թե որտեղ են թաքցրել իմ որդու մարմինը»,- ասել է Ռոզա Հովասափյանը՝ ըմբշամարտի աշխարհի չեմպիոն Արթուր Հովասափյանի մայրը: Մնացած զոհերի ազգականները հեռացել են դահլիճից առանց մեկնաբանությունների, իսկ պետական մեղադրող Սվետլանա Նեկոզը սահմանափակվել է հակիրճ հայտարարությամբ՝ մեղադրական դատավճիռը մենք օրինական ենք համարում:

Մինչդեռ Վանչենկոյի ու Լալաբեկովի փաստաբանները պահանջում էին քրեական գործն ուղարկել նոր քննության՝ պնդելով, որ իրենց պաշտպանյալները լիովին անմեղ են: Նրանց դիրքորոշումը կառուցվում էր այն փաստարկի վրա, որ սպանված Սուրեն Եղիազարովի և նրան ուղեկցող երկու մարզիկների՝ Վլադիմիր Մոլլաևի և Արթուր Հովասափյանի (ուսանողների շրջանում սամբոյի աշխարհի չեմպիոն) մարմինները, ինչպես նաև զենքը, որոնցով նրանք սպանվել են, մինչ օրս չեն հայտնաբերվել:

Ինքը՝ օրենքով գողը, հանկարծամահ էր եղել բանտի հիվանդանոցում դեռևս նախաքննության ընթացքում, 2010թ.՝ շաքարախտից:
