Դատարանը չեղարկել է Թուրքիայում հայկական գերեզմանոցի վրա իրականացվող շինարարության թույլտվությունը

Թուրքական դատարանը բավարարել է Անկարայի Ոլուս շրջանի հայկական կաթոլիկ գերեզմանոցի վրա իրականացվող շինարարության կասեցման և շինթույլտվության չեղարկման պահանջով հայցը: Հայցը ներկայացրել էր Թուրքիայի ճարտարապետների պալատի Անկարայի մասնաճյուղը: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Ermenihaber-ը։

Պալատի տարածած հայտարարության համաձայն՝ Անկարայի 14-րդ վարչական դատարանը բավարարել է Անկարայի Ալթընդաղ շրջանի համայնքապետարանի ու բնակվարչության դեմ ներկայացված հայցը՝ չեղարկելով շինթույլտվությունը:

Պալատի ղեկավար Թեզջան Քարաքուշ Ջանդանը, մեկնաբանելով դատարանի որոշումը, ասել է. «Անընդունելի է խանութի կառուցումը այս տարածքում, որը բոլոր գիտական աղբյուրներում որպես հայ կաթոլիկ գերեզմանոց հիշատակվում: Այստեղից նաև մարդկային ոսկորներ են ի հայտ եկել։ Դատական հայցով հանդես եկանք մեր եղբայրության և համակեցության կարևոր ցուցիչն ու վկան հանդիսացող հայ կաթոլիկ գերեզմանոցի վրա խանութի անօրինական կառուցման գործի առնչությամբ։ Դատարանի վճիռը ուրախալի է և նպաստավոր հանրության համար, սակայն այնտեղի պատմական գերեզմանոցն ավիրված է։ Հարկավոր է բոլոր պատասխանատուներին պատժել՝ սույն դատավճռի շրջանակներում»։

Ջանդանը տեղեկացրել է նաև, որ որ իրենք դիմել են Թուրքիայի մշակութային հարստությունների պահպանման շրջանային խորհուրդ՝ տարածքը որպես  գերեզմանոց գրանցելու համար։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2021-ի մարտին այս ապօրինի շինարարության մասին բարձրաձայնել էր նաև Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանի հայ պատգամավոր Կարո Փայլանը:

Վերջինս Ջանդանի հետ այցելել էր շինարարության տարածք, սակայն նրանց թույլ չէին տվել ներս մտնել ու տեղում ուսումնասիրություն անել: Փայլանն ու Ջանդանը խնդիրը հասարակությանը հասցնելու նպատակով տեղում մամուլի ասուլիս էին կազմակերպել:
