Փաշինյան-Սինանյան տանդեմի նոր «արշավը»՝ ընդդեմ հայկական սփյուռքի

Իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում ներկայացվել է «Քաղաքացիության մասին» օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին օրինագիծը, որով առաջարկվում է ազգությամբ հայ ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձի կողմից ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ձեռք բերելու համար որպես պարտադիր պահանջ սահմանել Հայաստանում վերջին երկու տարվա ընթացքում առնվազն 60 օր օրինական հիմքով բնակվելու կամ գտնվելու հանգամանքը: Այսինքն՝ սա նշանակում է, որ կառավարությունը որոշել է խստացնել սփյուռքահայերի՝ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիություն ստանալու կարգը: Այսօր էլ Ֆրանսիայի հայկական կազմակերպությունների համակարգող խորհրդի նախագահ, ՀՅԴ բյուրոյի անդամ Մուրադ Փափազյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ երեկ արգելվել է իր մուտքը Հայաստան։ Ըստ նրա, դա արվել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրամանով: Հիշեցնենք, շաբաթներ առաջ Ֆրանսիայում էր Սփյուռքի գործերի գլխավոր հանձնակատար Զարեհ Սինանյանը, ում տեղի համայնքային կազմակերպությունները բավական չոր ընդունելություն էին կազմակերպել, իսկ շատերը նաև բոյկոտել էին հանձնակատարի հետ հանդիպումը: 

Ըստ էության՝ Փաշինյանը և Սինանյանը այսօր իրականացնում են մի ծրագիր, որը ուղղակիորեն հակասում է իրենց՝ նախկինում հնչեցրած առաջնահերթություններին: Ներգաղթ խոստացող այս երկու պաշտոնյաները հետագայում հետ կանգնեցին իրենց իսկ խոստումից, ըստ Սինանյանի պարզվեց Հայաստանը դեռևս չունի ներգաղթ կազմակերպելու հնարավորություն, ավելին, նա նույնիսկ դրա կարիքն էլ չէր տեսնում: Սփյուռքի հետ ռազմավարական համագործակցության նոր հորիզոններ խոստացող Փաշինյանն էլ փաստորեն այդ նոր հորիզոնները հենց այսպես է պատկերացնում:

Ակնհայտ է, որ Փաշինյան-Սինանյան տանդեմը վարում է Սփյուռքի մեկուսացման քաղաքականություն և դա հասկանալի է: Հատկապես պատերազմից հետո սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցների մոտ բազմաթիվ հարցեր առաջացան բանակի կարիքները հոգալու նպատակով իրենց հանգանակած միլիոնների մսխման կապակցությամբ: Հարցեր որոնց պատասխանները Փաշինյանն ու Սինանյանը չունեն, և բնականաբար ցանկալի չէ, որպեսզի այդ հարցերով հանդերձ սփյուռքահայերը բնակություն հաստատեն Հայաստանում և լիարժեք մասնակցեն ՀՀ կյանքին, ավելին՝ մասնակցեն ընտրություններին:

Այս հանգամանքից զատ կա նաև Թուրքիայի կառավարության բացահայտ պահանջը, շաբաթներ շարունակ թուրքական կողմից մեսիջներ են հնչում առն այն, որ հայ-թուրքական հաշտեցման գործընթացին խանգարում է հայկական սփյուռքը և այդ մեսիջներին ի պատասխան կառավարությունը գնում է նման քայլերի: Զուգադիպությո՞ւն է, դժվար թե...։
