«Շատ հաճելի գործընթաց է սկսվել». Ալեն Սիմոնյանը՝ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներին մանդատից զրկելու գործընթացի մասին

ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունը՝ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի գլխավորությամբ, կդիմի Սահմանադրական դատարան՝ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներին մանդատներից զրկելու համար։

Որոշման նախագծում նշվել է. «Հիմք ընդունելով Սահմանադրության 98-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասը, «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» սահմանադրական oրենքի 156-րդ հոդվածը, առաջնորդվելով Սահմանադրության 169-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ մասով, «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» սահմանադրական oրենքի 28-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 6-րդ կետով՝ Ազգային ժողովի խորհուրդը որոշում է Ազգային ժողովի ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների լիազորությունները դադարեցնելու հարցով դիմել Սահմանադրական դատարան»։

Ալեն Սիմոնյանի ստորագրած որոշումը, որով առաջարկվում էր 33 պատգամավորներին մանդատներից զրկելու հարցով դիմել ՍԴ, տեղադրվեց ԱԺ պաշտոնական կայքում, սակայն որոշ ժամանակ անց այն հեռացվեց։

Այսօր խորհրդարանում լրագրողներն ԱԺ նախագահից հետաքրքրվեցին, թե ի՞նչ գործընթաց է սկսել ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների նկատմամբ, ինչին Ալեն Սիմոնյանը պատասխանեց. «Շատ հաճելի գործընթաց է սկսվել»։

Հարցին՝ որոշումը հեռացվել է, ամեն դեպքում կլինի՞ մանդատներից զրկելու գործընթաց, Ալեն Սիմոնյանը պատասխանեց. «Օրենքի պահանջ է, չի կարող չլինել»։

Նշենք, որ նախագծում չկային միայն Թագուհի Թովմասյանի եւ Իշխան Զաքարյանի անունները:
