Գերմանիան արգելափակում է Ուկրաինային ԵՄ-ի 9 միլիարդ եվրոյի օգնության փաթեթը

Ավելի քան մեկ ամիսով Գերմանիան արգելափակում է Ուկրաինային ԵՄ-ի 9 միլիարդ եվրոյի օգնության փաթեթը, հայտնում է Corriere della Sera-ի իտալական հրատարակությունը:

«Կիեւում եւ Բրյուսելում հաստատված փակուղին կարող է լինել այն պատճառներից մեկը, որը երեկ դրդեց Վոլոդիմիր Զելենսկիին հանկարծակի եւ բավականին դաժանորեն հեռացնել Բեռլինում Ուկրաինայի դեսպան Անդրեյ Մելնիկին։ Սակայն Ուկրաինայի նախագահի նյադային լինելու մեկ այլ պատճառ եւս կա՝ կասկածը, որ Բեռլինը պատրաստվում է խախտել Մոսկվայի դեմ որոշ պատժամիջոցներ՝ «Հյուսիսային հոսք» գազատարով ռուսական գազի մատակարարումը վերականգնելու նպատակով», - նշել է թերթը։

Երկու խնդիրներն էլ մի քանի օր է ինչ անհանգստացնում են Ուկրաինայի կառավարությանը, սակայն լուծումը դեռ չի երեւում, գրել են իտալական լրատվամիջոցները։

Նշվում է, որ վերոնշյալ նախագիծը Կիեւին տրամադրում է վարկեր 25 տարվա մարմամբ եւ գործնականում առանց տոկոսների՝ շնորհիվ այն միջոցների, որոնք հանձնաժողովն ինքը կհավաքի՝ շուկայի համար եվրոպական պետությունների կողմից երաշխավորված պարտքային պարտավորություններ թողարկելով։ Բայց Գերմանիան՝ եվրապարտատոմսերի այս ձեւի երաշխավորներից ամենամեծն ու ամուրը, դեմ է դրան։

«Գերմանիայի ֆինանսների նախարար, լիբերալ Քրիստիան Լինդներին դուր չի գալիս այն փաստը, որ Բրյուսելը դիմում է եվրոպական պարտքին՝ Ուկրաինայի հետհամաճարակային ճգնաժամի պայմաններում։ Առայժմ հաստատվել է միայն առաջին միլիարդ դոլարի տրանշը, որից միջոցներ պետք է վճարվեն Կիեւին մինչեւ հուլիս։ Միեւնույն ժամանակ, ժամանակն անցնում է, Կիեւն ասում է, որ իրեն ամսական 5 միլիարդ դոլարի օգնություն է պետք, եւ ենթադրություններ կան, որ Ուկրաինան սեպտեմբերին 900 միլիոն եվրո արտաքին պարտքի մարման դեֆոլտի կկատարի:
