Իշխանությունները շատ լավ հասկանում են, որ շարժման հնարավոր առաջնորդները պետք է կաշկանդված և մեկուսացված լինեն. Զարուհի Փոստանջյան

Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեն հապշտապ ավարտել է «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը և գործն ուղարկել է դատավարական ղեկավարումն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ մեղադրական եզրակացություն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ։

Ո՞րն է նախաքննությունն այսքան շուտ ավարտելու և դատարան ուղարկելու պատճառը: ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախկին պատգամավոր Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի խոսքով՝ եթե «Դիմադրություն» շարժման հերթական փուլն այս պահին գտնվում է հարաբերական դադարի մեջ, դեռ չի նշանակում, որ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը նույնպես դադար կվերցներ կամ չէր գործի.

«Եթե հիշում եք, ապրիլի 17-ին, երբ Արթուր Վանեցյանը գնաց Ազատության հրապարակ, Ավետիք Չալաբյանը նախքան այդ հայտարարել էր, որ ապրիլի 19-ին իրենք Ազատության հրապարակում նախաձեռնելու են բողոքի գործողություններ: Հետագայում բողոքներն ընդդեմ այս կառավարությանը և նրա գործունեությանը համատեղվեցին, բոլոր խմբերն իրենց ջանքերը համատեղեցին, և սկսվեց «Դիմադրություն» շարժումը: Իմ կարծիքով՝ այդ շարժումն այս փուլում այդքանով չպետք է ավարտվեր, պետք է լիներ շարունակություն՝ հանրապետության այլ հրապարակներում, այլ փողոցներում, բայց դա տեղի չունեցավ: Բայց իշխանությունները շատ լավ հասկանում են, որ, ամեն դեպքում, պետք է շարժման հնարավոր առաջնորդները կաշկանդված լինեն, մեկուսացված լինեն, իրենց նպատակները չկարողանան իրագործել: Ավետիքի գործը և դեպքը հենց այդ համատեքստում են:

Ակնհայտ է, որ նրա նկատմամբ չէր կարող լինել քրեական հետապնդում, բայց հերիք չէ այդ հետապնդումն իրականացրել են, անընդհատ ինչ-որ բաներ են փոխում: Ինչպես գիտեք, այն հոդվածը, որով նրան մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել և հիմք էր կալանքի տակ պահելու, հուլիսի 1-ից նոր Քրեական օրենսգրքով չպետք է գործեր: Բայց հապճեպ հավաքվել են, օրենք են ընդունել, որպեսզի շարունակեն Չալաբյանին պահել կալանքի տակ»,- 1or.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Փոստանջյանը:

Փոստանջյանի խոսքով՝ իշխանությունները վախեր ունեն, քանի որ չեն կարող Ավետիք Չալաբյանի հետ պայմանավորվել.

«Ավետիքն իրենց հետ կապող ոչինչ չունի, որովհետև երբևէ որևէ իշխանության շարքում չի եղել և իշխանական որևէ արատավոր գործողության մեջ ներքաշված չէ: Հետևաբար, ինչքան մարդը մաքուր է, այնքան իրենց համար զարհուրելի է՝ ատոմային զենքի նման: Եթե Չալաբյանը լիներ ինչ-որ նախկին պաշտոնյա, կոռումպացված կլանի անդամ կամ օլիգարխիայի ներկայացուցիչ, շատ հեշտությամբ կարող էին ճնշումներ բանեցնել և հասնել իրենց ուզածին: Իսկ տվյալ պարագայում այդ ամենը չկա, և իրենց միակ գործիքն օրենքի ընդունումն է: Նոր Քրեական օրենսգիրքը, որն իրենք էին ընդունել, իրենք էին ժամկետները որոշել՝ երբ պետք է մտնի ուժի մեջ, հենց իրենց միջոցով էլ ենթարկվել է առաջին կտրմանն ու կարկատմանը՝ այն էլ քաղաքական հիմքով: Կտրում-թափում են մի բան, ավելացնում մեկ այլ բան՝ իրենց իշխանությունը պահելու համար»:
