Հուլիսի 1-ից հետո ռազմաուսումնական հաստատություններ ընդունված, այն ավարտած սպաներին կհատկացվեն բնակարաններ

2022 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից հետո ռազմաուսումնական հաստատություններ ընդունված, այն ավարտած և սպայական ծառայության անցած զինծառայողներին անհատույց օգտագործման իրավունքով կհատկացվեն բնակարաններ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՊՆ Տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից։

Ռազմաուսումնական հաստատություն ընդունված քաղաքացիների հետ կնքվող զինվորական ծառայություն անցնելու պայմանագրի ժամկետը սահմանվել է 20 տարի, որից ռազմաուսումնական հաստատությունում ուսումնառության ժամկետը՝ որպես պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայություն, իսկ ուսումնառությունն ավարտելուց հետո՝ որպես հետուսումնական պայմանագրային զինվորական ծառայություն:

Ռազմաուսումնական հաստատությունն ավարտած և ՀՀ ՊՆ համակարգում, կամ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ սահմանապահ զորքերում սպայական պաշտոնի նշանակված սպայական կազմի զինծառայողին անհատույց օգտագործման իրավունքով կհատկացվի բնակարան՝ նրա հետ կնքելով անշարժ գույքի անհատույց օգտագործման պայմանագիր:

Անհատույց օգտագործման իրավունքով բնակարան հատկացնելու կարգը և պայմանները սահմանվում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության որոշմամբ: Հատկացված բնակարանի օգտագործումը և տիրապետումը զինծառայողի համար ներառում է նաև բնակարանը վարձակալությամբ տրամադրելու իրավունքը: Սահմանված ժամկետով կնքված պայմանագրային զինվորական ծառայություն անցնելու պայմանագրի ժամկետը լրանալու կամ մինչև պայմանագրի ժամկետը լրանալն առողջական վիճակի պատճառով զինվորական ծառայության համար ոչ պիտանի ճանաչվելու հիմքով պայմանագրային զինվորական ծառայությունից արձակվելու և օրենքով սահմանված կարգով հաշմանդամության զինվորական կենսաթոշակի իրավունք ձեռք բերելու դեպքերում հատկացված բնակարանը զինծառայողին տրամադրվում է անհատույց սեփականության իրավունքով:

Օրենքով սահմանված այլ հիմքերով պայմանագրային զինվորական ծառայություն անցնելու պայմանագիրը վաղաժամկետ լուծվելու դեպքերում անշարժ գույքի անհատույց օգտագործման պայմանագիրը համարվում է լուծված և հատկացված բնակարանի նկատմամբ դադարում է զինծառայողի անհատույց օգտագործման իրավունքը:

Պայմանագրային զինվորական ծառայություն անցնելու պայմանագրի գործողության ժամկետի ընթացքում զինծառայողի՝ զինվորական ծառայության հետ պատճառական կապով զոհվելու (մահանալու) դեպքում, զինծառայողին անհատույց օգտագործման իրավունքով հատկացված բնակարանը անհատույց սեփականության իրավունքով տրամադրվում է զոհված (մահացած) զինծառայողի ընտանիքի անդամներին:

Ծրագիրը ենթադրում է զինծառայողներին անհատույց օգտագործման, իսկ համապատասխան պայմանների դեպքում՝ նաև սեփականության իրավունքով Երևան քաղաքում 3 սենյականոց (մինչև 90ք.մ.) բնակարանի հատկացում՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ կողմից պատրաստի բնակարանների ձեռքբերման միջոցով։
