«Աուդիտորների Պալատ»-ի նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
 
Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության օրվա առիթով:
Հայ ժողովուրդը, որն ազգերի միջից թերեւս ամենալավը գիտի պետականության արժեքն ու կարեւորությունը, իր պատկերացումներում ունենալով ժողովրդավարական պետության հստակ նախագիծ, 1995 թվականին այս օրն իր միակամությամբ ամրագրեց զարգացող ու մրցունակ պետության մոդելը: Հուլիսի 5-ին հենց ինքը՝ ժողովուրդը, սահմաններ դրեց օրենքի ու անօրինության միջեւ, առաջնային դասելով ոչ թե անձնային, այլ՝ պետական շահը: Պետության զարգացման, պետական իշխանության արդյունավետ կազմակերպման ու երկրի ճիշտ կառավարման նպատակով Մայր օրենքում ամրագրվեցին սկզբունքներ եւ արժեքներ, որոնք ապահովելու էին հետագա սերունդների բարեկեցիկ ու պաշտպանված ապագան:

Ցավով պետք է արձանագրեմ, որ տարիների ընթացքում իրականացված ՀՀ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները կարծես ձեւախեղեցին այն արդար միտումներն ու ձգտումները, որոնք ամրագրված էին ի բարօրություն սեփական երկրի ու ժողովրդի, որոնք էլ իրենց հերթին հանգեցրեցին աղետալի հետեւանքների: Եւ այսօր արդեն մենք ունենք պետականության իրական արժեքը վերագտնելու ու մեր հայացքները վերարժեւորելու կարիք: Բոլորիս գերխնդիրն ու ուղիղ պարտականությունն է դարձել հայ ժողովրդի անվտանգության ապահովումը, պետության, զուգահեռաբար տնտեսության զարգացման խթանումը:

Միայն մեր օրինապաշտությամբ, շրջահայացությամբ, առ հայրենիք սիրով ու պետականաշինության տրամաբանությամբ կարող ենք ապահովել երկրի կայուն ու բնականոն զարգացումը, հայ ժողովրդի անվտանգ ապագան:
