ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարությունն ի՞նչ կապ ունի մանկական կերի որակի հետ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Պարզվում է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը կապ չունի մանկական սննդի որակի գնահատման հետ, քանի որ այն իրականում համարվում է սնունդ, իսկ սննդի որակի վերահսկողությունը նախարարության մանդատների տիրույթներից դուրս է:

Փոխարենը ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը հիշեցնում է, որ համաձայն «Երեխաներին կրծքով կերակրման խրախուսման և մանկական սննդի շրջանառության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 11–րդ հոդվածի 2–րդ կետի՝ արգելվում է վաճառել համապատասխանության գնահատում չանցած մանկական սնունդը և հարակից ապրանքները։

Ու թեև այս հիշեցումը մոտավորապես հիշեցնում է ծխախոտների տուփերի վրա գրված՝ «Ծխելը վնասակար է ձեր առողջությանը» ազդագրին, բայց ուրախալի է, որ կառույցը, այնուամենայնիվ, հիշեցնում է «չի կարելիների» մասին ու նաև ահազանգում, որ ամենաանվտանգը, ճիշտը և առողջարարը եղել է կա ու կմնա երեխաներին կրծքով կերակրելը:

Մանկական սննդի որակի վերահսկողությունը սահմանող կարգի մասին «Փաստի» հարցին ի պատասխան գերատեսչությունն իրազեկում է, որ.

«ՀՀ կառավարության սահմանած և «Տեխնիկական կանոնակարգման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 26–րդ հոդվածի համաձայն՝ մաքսային և համապատասխանության գնահատում իրականացնող մարմինները տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերով նախատեսված համապատասխանության պարտադիր գնահատման ենթակա արտադրանքի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը ներկայացնում են համակարգող մարմին: Համաձայն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2012 թվականի օգոստոսի 9–ի N 1001–Ն որոշման հավելվածի 2–րդ կետի՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համապատասխանության գնահատման նշանակված մարմինների կողմից արտադրանքի համապատասխանության գնահատման արդյունքների մասին տեղեկատվությունը տրամադրվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությանը»,– ասվում է Առողջապահության նախարարության պատասխանում։

Ստացվում է, որ մանկական սննդի համապատասխանության գնահատումն անցկացված լինելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությանը տիրապետում է ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների, այսինքն՝ նախկին Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը։

Ստացվում է, որ Առողջապահության նախարարությունը զբաղվում է միայն խորհուրդ տալով: Այդքան բան, և լավ է, որ այնուամենայնիվ կամ ինչպես ասում են՝ ձեռքի հետ էլ առիթի դեպքում հիշեցնում է, որ խրախուսում է երեխաների կերակրումը հենց կրծքով և ոչ թե դրան փոխարինող այլևայլ կերերով:
