Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը լրջագույն խնդիրների առաջ է կանգնած: Առաջնահերթ համարվող ոլորտներում, ինստիտուցիոնալ բնույթի բազմաթիվ խնդիրներից զատ, որոնց կամ չեն տրվում լուծումներ, կամ դրանք լինում են խիստ իրավիճակային, երբեմն՝ ժամանակավրեպ են կամ, պարզապես, ստանում են լուծման իմիտացիա, այսօր կանգնած ենք նաև իրավիճակային բազմաթիվ խնդիրների, ռիսկերի ու մարտահրավերների առաջ: Դրանց մի մասն անշուշտ պայմանավորված են արտաքին գործոններով: Բայց դրանց մասին ահազանգել ենք բազմիցս՝ այդ խնդիրների ուղղությամբ ուշադրություն սևեռելու նպատակով: Մինչդեռ, կամ մնացել ենք ուղղակի անարձագանք, կամ` ներքաշվել մանիպուլյացիաների տիրույթ, որտեղ իշխանությունն, անխոս, անպարտելի է…
Մինչդեռ այս իրականությանը զուգահեռ` գրեթե ամենօրյա ռեժիմով ականատես ենք լինում տարատեսակ «ռեկորդային» ցուցանիշների հրապարակումներին, լսում «աննախադեպ» ձեռքբերումների մասին: Աննախադեպ աշխատատեղեր, չտեսնված եկամուտների հավաքագրում, գործազրկության մակարդակի նվազում… ու կարևոր չէ, որ գրեթե բոլոր ուղղություններով, որտեղ վիճակագրությունն աճ է գրանցում, ևս առավելապես արտաքին ազդեցություններն են գերակշռում:
Մինչդեռ ականջահաճո վիճակագրությանը զուգահեռ` բոլորս ապրում ենք այլ իրականությունում:
Մի իրականությունում, որտեղ՝
.  Աննախադեպ թանկ է սննդամթերքը. մայիսին գնաճը կազմել է 14,5 %: Միայն հացաբուլկեղենի գնաճն ավելին է, քան 15 %-ը, բանջարեղենի գները հատել են 50 %-ի սահմանը: Այս շարքը, թերևս, կարելի է շարունակել, բայց այս դառն իրականությանը բախվում ենք բոլորս, ամեն օր:
. Մեզ համար, մեր երկրի տնտեսության համար կարևորագույն օղակը՝ արտադրողն ու արտահանողը, տևական ժամանակ է՝ գտնվում են անորոշությունների ներքո: Մի կողմից դրամ-դոլար փոխարժեքի ներկայիս պատկերն է, մյուս կողմից բեռնափոխադրումների խնդիրն էր, որը տևական ժամանակ ունեինք Լարսում և դեռ վերջնական հստակություն չունենք խնդրի լիարժեք լուծման վերաբերյալ։ Մինչդեռ այս ողջ ընթացքում գործնականում հայ արտահանողը տուժում է և շարունակում է վնասներ կրել: Միևնույն ժամանակ, չգիտես ինչու հասարակությունը ոչ մի կերպ չի շահում կայունացած դրամից….
. Արձանագրված տնտեսական ակտիվության աճին զուգահեռ, մարդկանց եկամուտները չեն ավելանում:
Եվ որ ամենացավալին է, տնտեսության մինչ այժմ «չտեսնված» ցուցանիշների մասին խոսում են մի իրականությանը զուգահեռ, երբ տնտեսությանդ ու առհասարակ երկրիդ լինելիության հիմքը հանդիսացող անվտանգությունը խարխուլ է, եթե կարելի է առհասարակ համարել, որ կա: Ընդ որում, թե՛ սահմաններին, թե՛ դրանցից ներս…
