Ավտոմատ սահող դռներ. ProfHolod-ը նոր լուծում է առաջարկում պահեստային և արտադրական օբյեկտների համար

ProfHolod-ը նոր լուծում է առաջարկում պահեստային և արտադրական օբյեկտների համար՝ անհպում կառավարման ֆունկցիայով ավտոմատ սահող դռներ։ Բացման-փակման արագությունն ու պարզ օգտագործումը սառնարանային պահեստների և խցիկների ժամանակակից դռների գլխավոր առավելությունն է։ Այժմ դուռը բացելու համար պահեստի կամ արտադրության աշխատակիցներից կպահանջվի միայն ինֆրակարմիր սենսորային կոճակից 10 սմ հեռավորության վրա շարժել ձեռքը։

Անհպում աշխատանքն արագացնում է դռան բացման գործընթացը, նվազագույնի է հասցնում սարքավորումների վնասման հավանականությունը և կցամասերի միջոցով մանրէների փոխանցումը: Սենսորային բլոկի բացման-փակման ցիկլերի քանակը գերազանցում է 1,000,000-ը։

«Մեր նոր մշակումն ավտոմատացման և անվտանգության համադրություն է, այն ուղղված է սառնարանային դռների ծառայության ժամկետի ավելացմանը և միաժամանակ մի շարք ռիսկերի նվազեցմանը` կցամասերի վնասումից մինչև մանրէների փոխանցում», - ասում է Ռաշիդ Զինաթուլինը, ProfHolod-ի Տեխնիկական լուծումների և նոր մշակումների բաժնի ղեկավարը: «Կարևորն այն է, որ այս լուծումը հնարավոր է իրականացնել մեր ռուսաստանյան էլեկտրաշարժաբերի միջոցով՝ այդպիսով զերծ մնալով լոգիստիկ ֆորսմաժորից»:

ProfHolod-ի ինժեներները կիրառել են փորձված արդյունավետությամբ լուծում՝ հաշվի առնելով էլեկտրաշարժաբերի հիմնական առավելությունները: Մեխանիկական հպման բացակայության արդյունքում դուռը բացվում է արագ, առանց լրացուցիչ ջանքերի։ Ինֆրակարմիր կոճակն ունի փոշու և խոնավության դեմ պաշտպանության IP67 դասը, այն կարող է օգտագործվել և ներսում, և դրսում։ Բարձրորակ պլաստիկը պաշտպանում է կոճակի մակերեսը վնասվելուց։ Ինֆրակարմիր սենսորային բլոկը հավելյալ միացվում է էլեկտրական կառավարման պահարանին և տեղադրվում է դռան երկու կողմերում: Տեխնիկական սպասարկումը նման է ստանդարտ էլեկտրական սարքերի սպասարկմանը:
