Այսօր մամուլում անդրադարձ է եղել գործարար Նարեկ Նալբանդյանին։

Չէ, չեն գրել, որ Գեղարքունիքի մարզում մեկ միլիարդ դոլարից ավելի ներդրումային ծրագիր է իրականացնում, որի առաջին տրանշը՝ 300 մլն դոլարի չափով, արդեն ընթացքում է, չեն գրել, որ շուտով նրա ներդրմամբ Անդրկովկասի ամենամեծ համակցված կերերի գործարանն է բացվում, չեն գրել, որ ԽՍՀՄ-ից ժառանգություն մնացած տասնյակ գործարանների ավերակներ այդ մարդու ներդրումների ու աշխատանքի շնորհիվ վեր են ածվել արտադրական հսկաների․․․

Բայց թե որ տրամաբանությամբ է Նարեկ Նալբանդյանը իշխանությունների սիրելին, այն դեպքում, երբ տուգանվում է, այն էլ՝ կլորիկ գումարով, երևի նոր, մեզ անհայտ ժանրից է։ Հատկապես, երբ տուգանքի հիմքը, այսպես կոչված, տառակերության ժանրից է։ Նման բովանդակությամբ տուգանք գրելու համար դու պետք է անպայման ցանկանաս ինչ որ կեղտ գտնել մարդու գործունեության մեջ, ավելի պատկերավոր ասած՝ ձվի մեջ մազ փնտրես։ Իսկ սիրելիների պարագայում կառչելու կետեր չեն փնտրում, որ տուգանեն։

Իսկ տուգանքի մատերիալը շատ հուզիչ է։ «Պրոյեկտ Ինտեր-Ինվեստ» ընկերության՝ «Շիրակ» թռչնաֆաբրիկայի կողմից արտադրված հավկիթների տուփերի վրա նշված է եղել, որ այն էկոլոգիապես մաքուր արտադրանք է։ Ու հիմա աբսուրդը՝ ընկերությունը, ճիշտ է, չի խաբում, որ էկոլոգիապես մաքուր արտադրանք է տալիս, դրա դեմ ոչ ոք չի առարկում, այլ չի ներկայացրել ինչ որ փաստաթուղթ, որ իրավունք ունի տուփի վրա գրելու ECO։ Սա է այս հարայ - հրոցի ամբողջ հիմքը։

Ահա այսպիսի ECO պատմություններ։ Բայց դուք ձեր հրապարակումներում անպայման շեշտեք՝ իշխանությունների սիրելի․․․
