Հզոր պետության հիմքը հիմնավոր կրթությունն է. Արման Վարդանյան

Հունիսի 17-ին տեղի ունեցավ «Ժամանակակից հասարակությունը թվայնացման պայմաններում. ժամանակի մարտահրավերներ» միջազգային գիտագործնական համաժողովը, որը կազմակերպվել էր Գ. Վ. Պլեխանովի անվան Ռուսաստանի տնտեսագիտական ​​համալսարանի Երևանի մասնաճյուղի հիմնադրման 20-ամյակի առթիվ։

Գիտաժողովի հանդիսավոր մասի բացմանը ողջույնի իր խոսքն ասաց Գ. Վ. Պլեխանովի անվան ՌՏՀ  երևանյան մասնաճյուղի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Արման Վարդանյանը։

«Ցանկանում եմ ողջունել բոլոր մասնակիցներին։ 

Մենք բոլորս ցանկանում ենք ունենալ ուժեղ, հզոր պետություն։ Եվ, ինչպես արդեն ապացուցվել է, հզոր պետության հիմքը հիմնավոր կրթությունն է։ Մեր մասնաճյուղի գործունեությունը շատ կարևոր է ինչպես մեր երկրի ու ժողովրդի, այնպես էլ Ռուսաստանի համար։ Մեր ուսանողները, կարելի է ասել, հայ֊ռուսական հարաբերությունների ակտիվ լոբբիստներ են։ Բոլոր միջոցառումներում (կարծում եմ՝ մեր կոլեգաները կհաստատեն) նրանց ակտիվ մասնակցությունը ակնհայտ է»,-ասաց Վարդանյանը։

Արման Վարդանյանի խոսքով՝ դասավանդող անձնակազմի դերը նույնպես ահռելի է այս հարցում, որովհետև կրթությունը իր մեջ ներառում է մի քանի բաղադրիչներ։

 «Կրթությունը ոչ միայն գիտությունն է, այլ նաև ուսանողի, անհատի պատասխանատվությունն է իր երկրի, ժողովրդի առջև։ Այդ պատճառով՝ ես հատկապես ուզում եմ ընդգծել մեր անձնակազմի ջանքերը, ցանկանում եմ նշել, որ վերջին մի քանի տարվա ընթացքում մեր ԲՈՒՀ֊ը բարեփոխվել է, ինչի համար  երախտագիտությունս եմ հայտնում մեր պրոֆեսիոնալ անձնակազմին, որոնցից շատերն այժմ ներկա են, մեր գործընկերներին, որոնք միշտ մեզ հետ են և ցանկացած իրավիճակում փորձում են օգնել իրենց ռեսուրսներով։

Ցանկանում եմ ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորել, հաջողություն և բազում հաղթանակներ մաղթել, քանի որ ամենակարևոր հաղթանակը ուսման մեջ հաղթանակն է, և պետության հիմքը, ինչպես նշեցի, կրթված հասարակությունն է՝ այն հասարակությունը, որը հասկանում է՝ ուր է գնում պետությունը, ինչին պետք է ձգտել, և ինչպես հասնել այդ ամենին։ Հենց դրա համար է աշխատում մեր պրոֆեսիոնալ անձնակազմը։ Շնորհավորում եմ,  մաղթում եմ նոր հաղթանակներ ու հաջողություններ և հույս եմ հայտնում, որ այն թվերը, որոնք այսօր բարձրաձայնեց Թամարա Ռազմիկովնան, ամեն տարի կաճեն։ Շնորհակալ եմ։ Հաջողություն եմ մաղթում»,- իր խոսքը եզրափակեց Արման Վարդանյանը։
