Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը շուտով նոր բիզնես կենտրոն կբացի Երեւանի կենտրոնում. «ՀԺ»

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Գործարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն առաջիկայում Երեւան քաղաքում նոր բիզնես կենտրոն կբացի: Այն կկոչվի «Կամար»: Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի նոր բիզնեսը տեղակայված է Երեւան քաղաքի Վազգեն Սարգսյան, Իտալիայի, Խորենացի եւ Դեղատան փողոցների հատման մասում՝ Կենտրոնական բանկի հարեւանությամբ: 

Մի քանի ամսից բացվող 9 հարկանի բիզնես կենտրոնի որպես առավելություն նշվում է, որ այն ունենալու է 24/7 ռեժիմով անվտանգության համակարգ, օդափոխության համակարգ, 7 վերելակ, մաքրման ծառայություն, բիզնես կենտրոնում ծխելն արգելված է լինելու, տեղակայված կլինի էլեկտրական ավտոմեքենաների լիցքավորման կայան, հեծանիվների եւ 115 ավտոմեքենայի համար ստորգետնյա ավտոկայանատեղի: Հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ բիզնես կենտրոնը դեռ չբացված արդեն մի շարք տարածքներ վարձակալել են:

«Կամար» բիզնես կենտրոնի շենքի տեղում նախկինում տեղակայված են եղել մի քանի պատմական նշանակություն ունեցող շինություններ, որոնց ֆասադը պահպանվել է, իսկ կառուցապատումը կատարվել դրա ետնամասում՝ դեպի «Էլիտ պլազա» բիզնես կենտրոն եւ դրան հարող բնակելի տարածքում: Դեռեւս չվերակառուցված շենքերում նախկինում գործունեություն են ծավալել Հայաստանի Կոմունալ բանկը, Շինբանկի հայկական գրասենյակը, ԽՍՀՄ-ի Արտաքին առևտրային բանկի հայկական գրասենյակը, ԽՍՀՄ Արտաքին տնտեսական բանկի հանրապետական մասնաճյուղը, «Հայկական Ներմուծման-Արտահանման Բանկ» ՓԲԸ-ն, «Հայներարտբանկ» ՓԲԸ-ն, որն էլ 2008թ. վերանվանվեց «Ամերիաբանկ» ՓԲԸ-ի: Ի դեպ, «Ամերիաբանկ»-ը եւս պատկանում է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին: 

Շենքերի վերակառուցման և տեղում բազմաֆունկցիոնալ բիզնես կենտրոնի կառուցման գործը ստանձնել է «Փրոփերթի դիվելոփմենթ քամփնի» ՓԲԸ-ն, որն իրականացնում է ներդրումներ անշարժ գույքի շուկայում, ինչպես նաև տրամադրում է կառուցապատման կառավարման և վարման ծառայություններ:
