Ռուսական էլիտան սկսել է ավելի հաճախ թռչել Ղազախստան, Թուրքիա և Ադրբեջան

Արևմուտքի պատժամիջոցները, որոնք սահմանվել են Ուկրաինա Ռուսաստանի ներխուժումից հետո, և դեպի Եվրամիություն թռիչքների արգելքը, «կտրուկ կերպով» փոխել են ռուսական էլիտայի կյանքն ու սովորությունները, գրում է The New York Times-ը։

Հրատարակության համաձայն՝ այժմ ԱՄԷ-ն, Ղազախստանը և Թուրքիան դարձել են մեծահարուստ ռուսաստանցիների սիրելի հանգստի վայրը՝ ապաստան տրամադրելով ռուսական բազմաթիվ ընկերությունների։ Ադրբեջանը նույնպես շահել է մասնավոր ինքնաթիռներով ճամփորդություններից, գրում է թերթը։

Մինչև ուկրաինական պատերազմի սկսվելը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից մեկնող մասնավոր չվերթների միայն 3%-ն էր գնում Դուբայ, իսկ մայիսին այս ցուցանիշը որոշ ժամանակ անց աճել է մինչև 15%: Ըստ The New York Times-ի RadarBox.com-ի գրանցումների վերլուծության՝ գործարար ինքնաթիռներն սկսել են ավելի հաճախակի են թռչել դեպի Կենտրոնական Ասիայ և Մերձավոր Արևելք։

Փետրվարի 24-ից հետո մասնավոր ինքնաթիռները շարունակել են թռիչքները Ռուսաստանից, սակայն ապրիլի վերջին գործնականում դրանցից ոչ մեկը չի ուղևորվել դեպի Եվրոպա: Փոխարենը, Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններից բացի, նրանք ուղղություն են վերցրել դեպի Թուրքիա, որը ապաստան է առաջարկել ռուս օլիգարխների զբոսանավերի և ինքնաթիռների համար, նույնիսկ երբ Անկարան անօդաչու սարքեր է վաճառում ուկրաինացի զինվորականներին։

Ղազախստանը դարձել է ռուսական բիզնեսի ներգրավման ևս մեկ կենտրոն: Հենց այստեղ ամերիկյան խորհրդատվական McKinsey հսկան տեղափոխեց իր մոսկովյան գրասենյակի հարյուրավոր աշխատակիցների՝ հեռանալով ռուսական շուկայից։ Եվ հենց այս երկիրն է դարձել Ռուսաստանից դուրս թռչող մասնավոր ինքնաթիռների երրորդ ամենասիրված ուղղությունը Ուկրաինայում ռազմական գործողության մեկնարկից հետո։
