Կալանքի տակ են այն մարդիկ, ումից Փաշինյանի թիմը կա՛մ վախենում է, կա՛մ անձնական վրեժխնդրություն ունի. Տիգրան Քոչարյան

Ընդդիմադիրների կազմակերպած բողոքի ակցիաների օրերին մեծ թվով մարդիկ բերման էին ենթարկվում ոստիկանության բաժանմունքներ: Նրանցից շատերին ազատ արձակեցին, շատերի նկատմամբ էլ քրեական գործեր հարուցվեցին, և նրանք կալանավորվեցին:  

Մեդիափորձագետ Տիգրան Քոչարյանի խոսքով՝ կալանքի տակ են այն մարդիկ, ումից Փաշինյանի թիմը կա՛մ վախենում է, կա՛մ անձնական վրեժխնդրություն ունի.

«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և իր թիմը գործի են դրել իրենց ռեպրեսիոն մեքենան՝ մոռանալով ժողովրդավարության ամենավերջին նշույլներն անգամ և այժմ կոնկրետ զբաղված են իրենց իշխանության պահպանմամբ: Դրա համար էլ մենք տեսնում ենք, որ բազմաթիվ մարդիկ են կալանավորվում, շատերի վրա շինծու գործեր են հարուցվում և կալանավորվում են հատկապես այնպիսի մարդիկ, ում անունները ունեին և կունենան բավականին բարձր հնչեղություն: Շատ ու շատ մարդկանց կարելի է թվարկել, օրինակ՝ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը, ով հայտնի հանրային գործիչ է և Իգոր Խաչատուրովը, ով մի ընտանիքի անդամ է, որը Հայաստանի զինվորական պատմության մեջ ոսկե տառերով պատմություն է գրել:

Ինչո՞ւ հենց Չալաբյանը. նա բավականին հետաքրքիր քաղաքական ֆիգուր է, նոր է մտել քաղաքականություն, բայց իր հետ իշխանությունը խնդիր ունի, որովհետև նրան անհնար է պիտակավորել նրանց սիրած «նախկին» պիտակով: Դրա համար իշխանությունն այլ կոմբինացիա արեց, որպեսզի ժամանակավորապես անջատի Չալաբյանին քաղաքական կյանքից: Մենք գիտենք, որ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը նաև բավականին մեծ և հետաքրքիր ծանոթություններ ունի դրսում և Հայաստանում, բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր է իրականացրել Հայաստանում և Արցախում և դրանով արդեն շատ անհարմար մրցակից է իշխանությունների համար: Ինչու եմ ես համոզված, որ Չալաբյանի կալանավորումը հատուկ է արվել, որովհետև շատերին բաց են թողել, բայց առավել վտանգավոր մարդկանց շարունակում են կալանքի տակ պահել»,- 1or.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց մեդիափորձագետը: 

Քոչարյանը համոզված է՝ որոշ կալանավորվածների գործով անձամբ Փաշինյանն է զբաղվում.

«Նույնն Իգոր Խաչատուրովն է: Այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ 2018 թվականից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընկած է Խաչատուրովների ընտանիքի հետևից: Սկզբում Յուրի Խաչատուրովի կալանավորման փորձերը, այնուհետև ուղղակի չշարունակեցին պայմանագիրը 3-րդ կորպուսի հրամանատար Գրիգորի Խաչատուրովի հետ, որով բանակը զրկվեց ուժեղ զինվորականից, ինչպես նաև 44-օրյա պատերազմի մասնակից Իգոր Խաչատուրովին բերման ենթարկելու մի քանի դեպքերը: Իմ համոզմամբ՝ այստեղ ինչ-որ անձնական վրեժխնդրություն է Փաշինյանի կողմից:

Շարքին կարելի է ավելացնել Միքայել Բադալյանին, Գերասիմ Վարդանյանին: Շատ մարդիկ, ովքեր նմանատիպ մեղադրանքներով բերման էին ենթարկվել, այսօր ազատ ման են գալիս, իսկ կոնկրետ նշվածները կալանքի տակ են: Ես համոզված եմ, որ նրանց գործերով անձամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է զբաղվում: Հետաքրիր է, որ այսպիսի գործերը վերագրվում են հենց կոնկրետ դատավորների: Սա արդեն ցույց է տալիս՝ որ անձով է շահագրգռված կոնկրետ վարչապետը»:
