Հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներ՝ անտառային տարածքում. Սյունիքի մարզում ուսումնավարժանք է անցկացվել

ԱԻՆ ՓԾ Սյունիքի մարզային փրկարարական վարչությունը «Անտառային հրդեհների հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքների կազմակերպումը և իրականացումը» թեմայով հատուկ տակտիկական ուսումնավարժություն է անցկացրել, հաղորդում է ԱԻՆ-ը։

Մասնակցել են ԱԻՆ փրկարար ծառայությունը, Սյունիքի մարզային փրկարարական վարչությունը, Կապանի և Քաջարանի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատները, Շիկահող բնակավայրի կամավորական ջոկատը, «Կապանի Հայ Անտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ը, Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության «Զանգեզուր կենսոլորտային համալիր» ՊՈԱԿ-ը, «Կապանի ԲԿ» ՓԲԸ շտապ օգնության ու Կապանի ՃՈ բրիգադները, «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ, Սյունիքի մարզային հայկական կարմիր խաչի մասնաճյուղի կամավորները։

Ուսումնավարժությանը ներգրավվել են 47 հրշեջ-փրկարար, 22 անտառտնտեսության աշխատակից, 5 կամավոր, 4 հրշեջ ավտոմեքենա, 12 հատուկ և օժանդակ տեխնիկա, 1 անօդաչու թռչող սարք և այլ գույք–սարքավորումներ:

Ըստ մտահղացման՝ Նորաշենիկ բնակավայրի վարչական տարածքում անտառի հյուսիս-արևմտյան հատվածում հրդեհ է բռնկվել: Մարման աշխատանքները սկզբնական փուլում կազմակերպվել է «ԶՊՄԿ» ՓԲԸ-ի աշխատակիցների ուժերով ու միջոցներով, սակայն չի հաջողվել մարել հրդեհը, որը քամու ուժգնության պայմաններում արագ տարածվել է: Այդ մասին ահազանգ է փոխանցվել Սյունիքի ՄՓՎ ՃԿԿ «911» ահազանգման կենտրոն:

Ղեկավար կազմի որոշման համաձայն ծավալվել է ղեկավարման շտաբ, որոշում է կայացվել հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքներին ներգրավել նաև Շիկահողի կամավորական հրշեջ ջոկատին, «Զանգեզուր կենսոլորտային համալիր» ՊՈԱԿ-ին, ինչպես նաև անհրաժեշտության դեպքում Պաշտպանության նախարարության և ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումներին:

Անտառի անվտանգ տեղամասում ծավալվել է օպերատիվ շտաբ, որի կազմում ընդգրկվել են լիազոր և տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներ: Նշանակվել են հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքների տեղամասերի ղեկավարներ, նրանց ենթակայությանը տրամադրվել են ուժեր և միջոցներ: Իրականացվող գործողությունների ընդհանուր համակարգումն իրականացվել է Սյունիքի ՄՓՎ պետի կողմից:

Ուսումնավարժության նպատակն էր ամրապնդել և բարձրացնել հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատների անձնակազմի, հրդեհաշիջման ղեկավարների գիտելիքները խոշոր անտառային հրդեհների հրդեհաշիջման, աշխատանքների կազմակերպման և իրականացման ժամանակ: Ինչպես նաև կատարելագործել գիտելիքները և փորձը՝ անտառային հրդեհների դեպքում հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանքների ղեկավարման ոլորտում, նաև արձագանքող ուժերի և այլ ծառայությունների միջև փոխգործակցության կազմակերպման և գործողությունների ներդաշնակեցման առումով:

Վարժանքին հետևել են ՓԾ տնօրեն Արմեն Գասպարյանը, տնօրենի տեղակալներ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանը և Կարապետ Մանուկյանը, «Կապանի Հայ Անտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Սասուն Մանուկյանը, «Զանգեզուր կենսոլորտային համալիր» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Արման Մկրտչյանը, «ԶՊՄԿ» ՓԲԸ անվտանգության պետ Արթուր Աղայանը, ԱԻՆ ՓԾ տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների և մարզային փրկարարական վարչությունների ղեկավարներն ու աշխատակիցները:
