Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը կոչով դիմեց գլխավոր դատախազին

«Դիմադրություն» շարժման 35 օրերի ընթացքում, ըստ ոստիկանության պաշտոնական տվյալների, բրեման է ենթարկվել 2100 հոգի: Իրականում մեր հաշվարկներով այդ թիվ կազմում է 2500: Այս մասին Ֆրանսիայի հրապարակում ընթացող հանրահավաքի ժամանակ ասաց Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը:

«Այս ընթացքում ձերբակալվել է 48 արժանապատիվ քաղաքացի, որից 27-ը այս պահին կալանքի տակ են: Մի քանի գործեր դեռ քննարկվում են: Կան նաև հարուցված քրեական գործեր և տարբեր քաղաքացիների մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել: Սա ասում եմ, որպեսզի հասկանաք իշխանության խուճապը»,- ասաց նա:

Վերջինս նշեց, որ որևէ բռնություն ու ճնշում իրենց շարժումը կասեցնել չի կարող:

ԱԺ փոխնախագահը, դիմելով Գլխավոր դատախազին, կոչ արեց բռնություն գործադրած ոստիկաններին պատասխանատվության ենթարկել:

«Բոլոր այն ոստիկանները, որոնք չունեն տարբերանշաններ, նրանք ոստիկանի հագուստով հանցագործներ են կամ ոչ ոստիկաններ՝ ոստիկանների հագուստով: Այդ մարդիկ ղեկավարվում են այլ տեղերից և Գլխավոր դատախազությունը պարտավոր է կոնկրետ և հստակ քայլեր ձեռարկել այս ուղղությամբ»,- ասաց նա:

Սաղաթելյանը նշեց, որ վաղը առավոտյան Դատախազություն նամակ են փոխանցելու մի շարք հարցերի վերաբերյալալ:

«Այստեղ դատախազությունը գործ ունի անելու, պարտավորություն ունի, չի կարող կոծկել այն ամենը, ինչ տեղի է ունենում: 24 ժամվա ռեժիմով քաղաքացիներին մեղադրանք են առաջադրում ու կեղծ մեղադրանք են պաշտպանում դատարարններում: Կոչ ենք անում մեր քաղաքաղիներին վաղը լինել դատազության մոտ»,- ասաց նա: 

Նշենք, որ այս պահին ևս քաղաքացիները երթով գնում են ՀՀ գլխավոր  դատախազության շենքի մոտ:
