Մենք շարունակում ենք կարևորել Արցախում ապրողների անվտանգությունն ու իրավունքները, որից էլ պետք է բխի կարգավիճակը․ Արմեն Գրիգորյան

Կառավարության այսօրվա նիստից հետո Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը լրագրողների հարցին, թե արդյոք բանակցային գործընթացում հայկական կողմի համար էակա՞ն է ազգերի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի հարցը շեշտադրելը, պատասխանեց․«Հենց իրավունքներն ու անվտանգությունն են որոշելու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակը։  
Մենք շարունակում ենք կարևորել Արցախում ապրողների անվտանգությունն ու իրավունքները, որից էլ պետք է բխի կարգավիճակը։ Շարունակելու ենք աշխատել այս ուղղությամբ և կարծում ենք, որ այս ուղղությամբ աշխատելով էլ կգտնենք ելքը»,-ասաց ԱԽ քարտուղարը։
 
Հարցին, թե ժամանակին վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարած «Արցախը Հայաստան է, և վե՛րջ» թեզը դեռ պնդո՞ւմ են` Գրիգորյանը պատասխանեց, որ Փաշինյանն ԱԺ-ում արդեն իսկ արձագանքել է դրան և իրենք նազմիցս այդ հարցին պատասխանել են։

Անդրադառնալով հայկական հանձնաժողովի փոքրաթիվ և ոչ թիրախային մասնագետներով հագեցած լինելու հարցին՝ Գրիգորյանը ասաց, որ սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման աշխատանքային խմբի թվաքանակը որևէ մեծ նշանակություն չունի, որովհետև բոլոր հարցերը միջգերատեսչական քննարկումներ են անցնում, և բանակցությունների գնալուց առաջ աշխատանքային խումբը պատրաստություն է անցնում:
