Սյունիքում անվտանգության ապահովման հարցում ամենակարևորը ռուս սահմանապահների դերակատարումն է. մարզպետը` ՌԴ դեսպանին

Մայիսի 25-ին Սյունիքի մարզպետ Ռոբերտ Ղուկասյանը հանդիպել է Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինին, տեղեկացնում են Սյունիքի մարզպետարանից։

Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են նաեւ Կապան համայնքի ղեկավար Գեւորգ Փարսյանը, ռուսական սահմանապահ ծառայության հրամանատարության, ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ առեւտրային ներկայացուցչության անդամներ։

Մարզպետը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել դեսպանին մարզ այցելելու համար, նաեւ շեշտել հայ-ռուսական բարեկամության ու բոլոր ոլորտներում համագործակցության կարեւորությունը մարզի համար։ Ռոբերտ Ղուկասյանը նշել է նաեւ Սյունիքի խոշոր ձեռնարկություններում ռուսական կապիտալի ներկայության մասին, բայց հավելել, որ մարզի կյանքում ամենակարեւորը ռուս սահմանապահների դերակատարումն է բնակչության անվտանգության ապահովման հարցում։

Դեսպանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Սյունիքի մարզային ու համայնքային իշխանություններին՝ ռուս սահմանապահների հետ սերտ համագործակցության ու տարբեր հարցերում աջակցության համար։

Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինն ասել է, որ հայ եւ ռուս ժողովուրդները կապված են պատմությամբ, մշակույթով, ավանդույթներով, եւ այդ կապերն ավելի ու ավելի ամրապնդել է պետք․ «Ինչ վերաբերում է Սյունիքին, մարդիկ այստեղ միայն լսելով չէ, որ գիտեն այդ կապերի մասին, նրանք ամեն օր տեսնում են դա»։

Բարձրաստիճան դիվանագետը ներկայացրել է նաեւ այն կրթական, մշակութային, երիտասարդական ծրագրերը, որ մարզում իրականացնում է դեսպանատունը։

Կապան համայնքի ղեկավար Գեւորգ Փարսյանը եւս շնորհակալություն է հայտնել դեսպանին համագործակցության համար ու նշել անվտանգային առումով ռուս սահմանապահների ներկայության կարեւորությունը համայնքի համար։

Ներկաները քննարկել են տնտեսական, ներդրումային առավել ակտիվ համագործակցությանը, երկկողմ ուղղությամբ զբոսաշրջության զարգացմանը, ենթակառուցվածքներին վերաբերող եւ այլ հարցեր։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ՌԴ առեւտրային ներկայացուցիչ Աննա Դոնչենկոն, առեւտրատնտեսական հարաբերությունների մասին խոսելիս, հայտնել է, որ ռուսական կապիտալով ներդրումների ծավալով ՀՀ-ում Սյունիքը Երեւանից հետո երկրորդն է ու նշել տնտեսական կապերի ակտիվացման հեռանկարների մասին։ Նա նաեւ ասել է, որ ռուսական կողմը պատրաստակամ է զարգացնել երկրների միջեւ միջմարզային համագործակցությունը։
