Մինչեւ 2018 թվականն իշխանություն-ընդդիմություն պայքարը խորքային դեֆորմացիայի էր ենթարկվել: Այս մասին  իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է քաղաքագետ Ստեփան Դանիելյանը:

«Գաղափարները վերջացել են

Մինչեւ 2018 թվականն իշխանություն-ընդդիմություն պայքարը խորքային դեֆորմացիայի էր ենթարկվել։

Հայաստանում քաղաքական պայքարն, առհասարակ, մի պարզ սխեմայով էր ընթանում։ Կուսակցությունների պայքարը ոչ թե գաղափարների, կամ երկրի զարգացման կուրսի շուրջ էր ընթանում, այլ իշխանափոխության, եւ բոլոր բախումների հիմնական կարգախոսը «իշխանափոխությունն» էր, որի իմաստը ադմինիստրատիվ ռեսուրսների համար պայքարն էր։

Ընդդիմությունների հիմնական ռազմավարությունն էր քննադատել իշխանությանը «թալանի» համար, ու հաջորդ քայլով, ստանալով տեղ խորհրդարանում, ստանալ փշրանքներ այդ ադմինիստրատիվ ռեսուրսներից, այսինքն մասնակից լինել այդ  «թալանին»։ «Թալանի» թեման Ֆրեյդի ոճով լեզվի սայթաքում էր, որը ցույց էր տալիս, որ քաղաքական պայքարի հիմնական թեման նյութական էր։

2008-ին այդ սխեման խաթարվեց, մինչ այդ իշխանության ռեսուրսներից ամբողջովին հեռացված քաղաքական-տնտեսական բոմոնտի մի ստվար զանգված ապստամբեց, փոխելով խաղի կանոնները ու ներկայացրեց հայտ ամբողջովին տիրանալ պետությանը։ Հիշում ենք, դա ավարտվեց «Մարտի 1»-ով։

Սերժ Սարգսյանի առջեւ խնդիր էր դրված, վերականգնել նախկին խաղի կանոններն, ինչն իրեն ամբողջովին հաջողվեց։ Նա ազատեց 2008-ի բանտարկվածների, ընդդիմադիր խոշոր գործարարներին վերադարձրեց «շուկա», մյուսներին նշանակեց պետական պաշտոնների' դեսպաններ եւ այլն, իսկ հաջորդ ընտրություններին նշանային դեմքերին մտցրեց խորհրդարան։ 2013-ի խորհրդարանն մեր պատմության ամենաբազմաբնույթ ու բազմասեռ խորհրդարանն էր։

Սա վերջնականապես վարկաբեկեց կուսակցություններին, հանրության առջեւ ցուցադրելով Հայաստանի քաղաքական կյանքի պոռնոգրաֆիան իր ողջ մերկությամբ, որտեղ չկան սկզբունքներ, այլ կան հավերժ շահեր։

Քաղաքական կյանքի թատերաբեմում մնացին երկու ճակատներ' իշխանությունն ու քաղաքացիական ճակատը։ Գլխավոր ռեժիսոր Սերժ Սարգսյանը հասկացավ, որ կուսակցություններին հաշվի առնել այլեւս անիմաստ է ու 2017-ի խորհրդարանում հայտնվեցին իշխանական ռեսուրսների գանձապահը' ՀՀԿ-ն, Օլիգարխիային խորհրդանշող ԲՀԿ-ն, դեռեւս վերջնականապես չմարած ազգայնականության զգացմունքների խորհրդանիշ ՀՅԴ-ն եւ թափ հավաքող քաղաքացիական բեւեռի խորհրդանիշ նշանակված ԵԼՔ դաշինքը։ Այլ գաղափարներ «շուկայում» այլեւս չկային։

Պատահական չէր, որ այս իրավիճակը լավագույնը զգաց այսօրվա վարչապետը եւ հեծնելով քաղաքացիական թեմայի տրենդին, իր կուսակցությունն անվանեց Քաղաքացիական Պայմանագիր' մարդիկ տրենդներով են ընկալում պրոցեսները' մեռել են կուսակցությունները, եկել են «քաղաքացիականները»։

Հիմա գանք այսօրվան։ Ունենք վարկաբեկված կուսակցություններ, ունենք վարկաբեկված քաղաքացիական շարժման հին պերճանքից մնացած բեկորներ, որոնք հայհոյանքի խորհրդանիշների են վերածվել, ունենք ներկա եւ ապագա չխոստացող իշխանություն։

Սա է այսօրվա իրականությունը, որը հուսահատության է հասցնում մարդկանց ու ամենամտահոգիչն այն է, որ եթե այսօր արտահերթ ընտրություններ տեղի ունենան, մարդկանց քանի տոկոսը կմասնակցի դրանց, եւ արդյոք չմասնակցողներին իրավունք կունենանք անվանել երկրի ճակատագրի հանդեպ անպատասխանատու եւ անտարբեր մարդիկ»։
