Հերթական աբսուրդային, իմիտացիոն «բարեփոխումը»՝ ներքաղաքական լարվածության ֆոնին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Կառավարությունն ընդունել է «պատմական» որոշում, որով հուլիսի 1-ից բանկային քարտով առևտուր անող թոշակառուները և նպաստառուները անկանխիկ վճարման դիմաց կստանան 10 տոկոսի չափով հետվճար։ Հանրության շրջանում այս որոշումն արդեն ծաղրի առարկա է դարձել, իսկ մասնագետները այն աբսուրդային են համարում՝ հիմքում տեսնելով նաև քաղաքական նպատակներ:

«Հայացք» վերլուծական կենտրոնի փորձագետ Լիլիա Ամիրխանյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշել է, որ սա հերթական փոփոխությունն է, որը որպես «բարեփոխում» է ներկայացվում և որի համար վատնվում, ծախսվում են պետական միջոցներ. «Շատ հետաքրքիր է նաև, որ «բարեփոխման» ներքո ներկայացվող զուտ փոփոխությունները առաջանում են քաղաքական, իշխանությունների համար պատեհ առիթների: Որևէ կերպ զարմանալի չէ, որ այս որոշումը ներքաղաքական լարվածության և ընդդիմության կողմից իրականացվող շարժման համատեքստում է արվում: Այս տրամաբանությամբ կարող ենք հիշել նաև ուսուցիչների, ոստիկանների աշխատավարձերի հետ կապված «բարեփոխումները»»:

Լ. Ամիրխանյանի խոսքով, նշվածի՝ սոցիալական նշանակության մասով արված գնահատականն իրականության հետ աղերս չունի: Տնտեսագիտության թեկնածու, դոցենտ Հայկ Ֆարմանյանն էլ նույն կարծիքին է: Նշում է, որ այն չի կարող լուրջ սոցիալական նշանակության ծրագիր համարվել և դասվում է անհեթեթ որոշումների շարքին. «Սա իմիտացիոն բնույթ կրող, պոպուլիստական որոշում է:
