ԵՄ-ն առաջարկում է ստեղծել եվրոպական համագործակցության նոր հարթակ՝ Ուկրաինայի, Վրաստանի և Մոլդովայի համար

Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելը առաջարկել է ստեղծել եվրոպական համագործակցության նոր քաղաքական հարթակ՝ բաց Ուկրաինայի համար, և այդ հարցը կդնի հունիսի վերջին կայանալիք ԵՄ առաջնորդների գագաթնաժողովի օրակարգում։

Այս մասին Միշելն ասել է չորեքշաբթի օրը Եվրոպական տնտեսական և սոցիալական կոմիտեի լիագումար նիստում ունեցած իր ելույթում, փոխանցում է Европейская правда-ն։

Միշելն առաջարկել է նոր ասոցիացիան անվանել Եվրոպական աշխարհաքաղաքական համայնք։

«Գոյություն ունի աշխարհաքաղաքական հանրություն, որը ձգվում է Ռեյկյավիկից մինչև Բաքու կամ Երևան, Օսլոյից մինչև Անկարա: Ես համոզված եմ, որ մենք պետք է այս աշխարհագրական տարածքին քաղաքական իրականություն տանք: Եվ մենք պետք է դա անենք հենց հիմա», - ասել է Միշելը:

Նա վստահեցրել է, որ նոր նախաձեռնությունը չպետք է փոխարինի Եվրամիության ընդլայնմանը, մի գործընթաց, որը դանդաղել է վերջին տարիներին, որը Միշելն առաջարկում է զգալիորեն ակտիվացնել։

Նա նաև հասկացրել է, որ պլատֆորմին մասնակցելը երաշխիք չէ, որ դրա անդամները մի օր կդառնան Եվրամիության անդամ։

«Նպատակը մերձեցման հաստատումն ու գործառնական համագործակցության խորացումն է ընդհանուր խնդիրների լուծման համար: Խթանել խաղաղությունը, կայունությունը և անվտանգությունը մեր մայրցամաքում»,- պարզաբանել է Միշելը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ ասոցիացիան կարող է ներառել Արեւմտյան Բալկանների երկրները, Արեւելյան գործընկերության ասոցացված երկրները (Ուկրաինա, Մոլդովա, Վրաստան) եւ այլ եվրոպական երկրներ, որոնց հետ ԵՄ-ն սերտ հարաբերություններ ունի։

Միշելն ընդգծել է, որ համայնքի ներսում համագործակցության հիմնական ուղղությունը լինելու է արտաքին քաղաքականությունը։ Մասնակից երկրների պետությունների և կառավարությունների ղեկավարները կարող էին հանդիպել տարին առնվազն երկու անգամ՝ քննարկելու աշխարհաքաղաքական հարցեր։

Բացի այդ, Միշելն առաջարկում է, որ անդամ երկրների արտգործնախարարները պարբերաբար նստեն ԵՄ արտաքին գործերի խորհրդում։

Նա ասել է, որ սկսել է խորհրդակցել ԵՄ բոլոր երկրների ղեկավարների հետ այս հարցի շուրջ եւ այն կդնի հունիսի վերջին կայանալիք ԵՄ առաջնորդների գագաթնաժողովի օրակարգում։

Միշելի խոսքով՝ գագաթնաժողովը կմիավորի ԵՄ-ի և շահագրգիռ գործընկեր երկրների առաջնորդներին՝ քննարկելու այս նոր ընդհանուր եվրոպական նախագծի կոնկրետ տարբերակները։
