Հետևողական ենք լինելու Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի հարցում. Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանի խոսնակ

Անցած տարվա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հաղթանակը վկայում է, որ Հայաստանում ժողովուրդը աջակցում է հարևանների հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման օրակարգին, այսօր հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի մեջլիսի նախագահը:

Մուստաֆա Շենթոփն այս մասին խոսել է Շուշիում, որը 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո անցել է Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ. - «Ընտրությունները ցույց տվեցին, որ Հայաստանի ժողովուրդը կողմ է Փաշինյանի քաղաքականությանը՝ ուղղված Ադրբեջանի հետ խնդիրների լուծմանն ու տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հաստատմանը: Իհարկե, հիմա որոշ ներքաղաքական խնդիրներ կան, բայց տեսանք, որ Հայաստանում խելամիտ քաղաքական գործիչներն ու ժողովրդի մեծամասնությունը խաղաղություն են ուզում: Իսկ ով խափանում է այս ջանքերը, նախ և առաջ հայկական սփյուռքը, այդ գործողությունները տնտեսական և անվտանգային տեսանկյունից ի վնաս Հայաստանի են»:

Շենթոփը ընդգծել է, որ պետք է խելամիտ գործել և հստակ քայլեր ձեռնարկել՝ տարածաշրջանում խաղաղությունը մնայուն դարձնելու համար: Թե կոնկրետ ինչ քայլերի մասին է խոսքը, Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանի խոսնակը չի հստակեցրել, բայց ընդգծել է, որ այս փուլում ամենակարևորը խաղաղության պայմանագիրն է Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև. - «Սփյուռքահայերը գուցե երբեք էլ Հայաստան չեն գալիս, բայց Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիները ստիպված են իրար հարևանությամբ ապրել: Այդ պատճառով էլ պետք է խելամիտ գործել»:

Տևական դադարից հետո թուրք պաշտոնյան կրկին «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» տերմինն է գործածել՝ պնդելով, թե Ադրբեջանը Նախիջևանին կապող այդ ճանապարհի, ինչպես նաև Լաչինի միջանցքի գործարկումը նախատեսվել է պատերազմից հետո Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև ստորագրված եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ:

Թեև հայկական կողմը շարունակ պնդում է, որ փաստաթղթում զանգեզուրյան միջանցքի մասին որևէ խոսք չկա, Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանի խոսնակն այսօր համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ այդ նախագիծն իրականություն կդառնա. - «ժամանակն անցել է և հստակ քայլեր չեն ձեռնարկվել: Բայց ես այս հարցում լիահույս եմ: Այդ քայլերը կարվեն, քանի որ այս հողերն ազատագրվել են և բնականաբար դրան պետք է քայլեր հետևեն: Համբերությամբ կսպասենք, բայց իհարկե հետևողական կլինենք այս հարցում»:

Տարածաշրջանային իրավիճակն ու Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորումն այսօր քննարկվել է նաև Բաքվում՝ Ադրբեջանի և Լիտվայի նախագահների հանդիպման ժամանակ: Իլհամ Ալիևը կրկին պնդել է, թե Բաքուն ուզում է բարելավել հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի հետ, թե ինչ պայմաններով ու սկզբունքներով՝ Ադրբեջանի առաջնորդը չի հստակեցրել։

«Ադրբեջանը շատ հստակ դիրքորոշում ունի և ցանկանում է խաղաղության համաձայնագիր ստորագրել Հայաստանի հետ, կարգավորել հարաբերությունները և շրջել թշնամանքի էջը», - ասել է նա:

Բաքվում կայացած այս քննարկումներից հետո Լիտվայի նախագահը վաղն էլ կժամանի Հայաստան՝ պաշտոնական Երևանի դիրքորոշումը լսելու։
