«Единая Россия» իշխող կուսակցության անդամ, «օրենքով գող» Տկաչը ձերբակալվել է. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երկու օր առաջ Մոսկվայի քրեական հետախուզության աշխատակիցները ձերբակալել են «օրենքով գող» Անդրեյ Տկաչենկոյին, ով քրեական շրջաններում առավել հայտնի է որպես Տկաչ Նյագանսկի:

Ըստ «Primecrime»–ի՝ նախկինում դատվածություն չունեցող Անդրեյ Տկաչենկոն մինչև 2008 թ. եղել է ՌԴ իշխող կուսակցության՝ «Единая Россия»–ի անդամ, ավելին՝ իր հայրենի Նյագան քաղաքում զբաղվել երիտասարդական քաղաքականության հարցերով: Քաղաքական գործունեությունը Տկաչենկոն համատեղել է հասարակական ակտիվության հետ, եղել է Նյագանի Կարադե–դոյի ֆեդերացիայի ղեկավարը: Քաղաքական, հասարակական, նաև սպորտային գործունեությունից զատ Տկաչը չի մոռացել նաև գողական աշխարհին: Եղել է Նյագան քաղաքի «նայողը»: Նրան այդ «պաշտոնին» նշանակել է տյումենցի «օրենքով գող» Յուրի Տիշենկովը, ով քրեական շրջաններում առավել հայտնի է որպես Հանս: Երբ 2008 թ. Տիշենկովն սկսեց կորցնել ազդեցությունը, Տկաչն առավել հակվեց դեպի «օրենքով գող» Վլադիմիր Զյատկովը, նույնը ինքը՝ Զյատյոկը:

Իսկ «օրենքով գողի» պատվին Տկաչն արժանացել է 2013 թ. Զյատյոկի երաշխավորությամբ: Նրան թագադրել են հանգուցյալ Դեդ Հասանի կլանի պարագլուխները:

Մինչև ձերբակալվելը Տկաչը գտնվել է հետախուզության մեջ՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի խաբեության համար: Սակայն ձերբակալությունից հետո, ըստ ամենայնի, նրան մեղադրանք կառաջադրվի ՌԴ ՔՕ 210–րդ հոդվածի 4–րդ մասով, այն է՝ հանցավոր խմբավորման ստեղծում, որը կազմակերպել է քրեական հիերարխիայում բարձր դիրք ունեցող անձը: Եթե Տկաչի մեղքն ապացուցվի, նրան սպառնում է ցմահ ազատազրկում:
