Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել գեներալ Սամվել Կարապետյանին

Ստեփանակերտի «Վերածննդի» հրապարակում մայիսի 10-ին տեղի ունեցած հրաձգության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով Արցախի Քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչի որոշմամբ Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի Ս.Կ.-ն որպես մեղադրյալ է ներգրավվել:

այս մասին հայտնում են Արցախի գլխավոր դատախազությունից, նշելով, որ Ս.Կ-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 269-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով և 245-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախատեսված ենթադրյալ հանցանքների կատարման համար:

Նկատի ունենալով մեղադրյալի կողմից դեպքի հանգամանքների վերաբերյալ գործով պարզված փաստական տվյալներին համահունչ ցուցմունքներ տալը, տուժողների ու ականատեսների հարցաքննված, գործով անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների կատարված լինելը (հետևաբար նաև քրեական դատավարության մասնակիցների վրա ազդելու ցածր հնարավորությունը), ինչպես նաև խափանման միջոց ընտրելիս Արցախի քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 146-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված՝ քննության ենթակա մնացյալ հանգամանքները, նախաքննական մարմինը եկել է այն եզրահանգման, որ մեղադրյալի պատշաճ վարքագիծը կարելի է ապահովել անազատության մեջ պահելու հետ չկապված խափանման միջոցի ընտրմամբ: Ուստի, քննիչի կողմից որոշում էր կայացվել մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու մասին:

Քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են խուզարկություններ, առգրավումներ, հարցաքննություններ, նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, որի ընթացքի ու արդյունքների մասին կտրվի հավելյալ տեղեկություն:

Քրեական գործի մինչդատական քրեական վարույթի օրինականության նկատմամբ դատախազական հսկողությունն իրականացնում է Արցախի գլխավոր դատախազության մարդու դեմ ուղղված և ընդհանուր բնույթի հանցագործությունների գործերով բաժինը:

Ծանուցում.  ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
