Բալթիկ ծովը դառնում է ՆԱՏՕ-ի ծով. Լատվիայի արտգործնախարար

Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքին Շվեդիայի և Ֆինլանդիայի միանալուց հետո Բալթիկ ծովը կդառնա ՆԱՏՕ-ի ծով, մայիսի 13-ին հայտարարել է Լատվիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդգարս Ռինկևիչսը, հայտնում է Financial Times-ը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Բալթյան տարածաշրջանում ՆԱՏՕ-ն ընդլայնելու Լիտվայի ցանկությունն անփոփոխ է։ «Անվտանգության ներկա իրավիճակը դաշինքից պահանջում է ավելի հավակնոտ ծրագրեր», - ընդգծել է Ռինկևիչսը:

Ավելի վաղ Լիտվայի արտգործնախարար Գաբրիելիուս Լանդսբերգիսը հայտարարել էր, որ Շվեդիայի և Ֆինլանդիայի անդամակցությունը Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքին «շատ հստակ ազդանշան կլինի, որ Եվրոպայի հյուսիսային մասը ՆԱՏՕ-ի տարածք է»։

Էստոնիայի արտգործնախարար Եվա-Մարիա Լիիմեցը համաձայնել է իր գործընկերների հետ, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի նման ընդլայնումը կուժեղացնի բուն դաշինքը և «անվտանգությունը հյուսիսային Եվրոպայում և Բալթիկ ծովի տարածաշրջանում»:

Երեք նախարարներն էլ նշել են ֆիննական և շվեդական բանակների, ինչպես նաև ամերիկյան ինքնաթիռների ֆիննական նավատորմի հզորության մասին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ մայիսի 12-ին Ֆինլանդիայի իշխանությունները հայտարարեցին ՆԱՏՕ-ին հնարավորինս շուտ անդամակցելու հայտ ներկայացնելու անհրաժեշտության մասին։  Ֆինլանդիան, ինչպես նաև Շվեդիան հայտարարել են, որ պատրաստ են հրաժարվել իրենց երկարաժամկետ չեզոք կարգավիճակից՝ Ուկրաինայում Ռուսաստանի հատուկ գործողության պատճառով։ Դաշինքի ղեկավար Յենս Ստոլտենբերգը ողջունել է Ֆինլանդիայի և Շվեդիայի ծրագրերը։
